Swan Bay Holiday Park is the best in the area, a beautiful place to stay with great amenities. The staff are absolutely lovely and so helpful. We'll definitely keep coming back.

Dirt site was not great with a big dog who sleeps inside. This is more of a cabin property. Not a great deal of caravan sites and they are at the rear of the property. Not much in this area unless you are a fisherman with a boat

Owners worry about cabin's only, Amenities you need a cut lunch and smoko for return trip. NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PARK.

Wow, it's not a caravan park. Probably fine for cabins, but no amenities and no dump point for caravans .... then they say go to the other caravan parks to dump - which seems a bit rude to me, but there are no public facilities to dump nearby.

Made a booking roughly over a month in advance only to have it automatically cancelled without my knowledge and had my money withheld from me despite the booking being "Cancelled."

Overall, I ended up spending more money than I had to finding a booking elsewhere, but only reason im giving a 1 star is that the staff did assist in finding a booking for one night, but thats it and did not take any responsibility for their mistake.

Id highly recommend checking in on your bookings once a week to ensure their system has not cancelled automatically.

The van park was accomodating and very reasonable priced. The location was good for slow quiet get away but note there’s no shops nearby and no beach swimming nearby. |I was disappointed that the games room and both pools were closed for cleaning/maintenance the whole time we were there which seems an off choice in school holidays when families really need those facilities since there’s nothing nearby. I wish I had of been told this when booking in as I may have changed our plans to stay, we ended up getting our toddlers grandparents to pick her up for a few nights while we stayed with our 6 year old because there was nothing to do for her. Our 6 year old was so disappointed to not be able to swim or play games in the games room. |Better communication or planning would have avoided our unhappy children. ||Otherwise we really enjoyed the park and especially appreciated how quiet it was.
