Myself and my partner lived here for around 3 months. The apartment was clean and bright. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay and any requests were treated with care and dealt with promptly. The original couch wasn't very comfortable and we asked if it was possible to get a new one, this was not a problem for the team as they replaced the old with a new as soon as they could.

The location is fantastic, close to Adelaide's East end where all of the best restaurants and bars are located. All of which were only a short walk (max 5 minutes). Great place to stay for a small group or even a couple looking for a nice city break for the weekend.

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von Swainson-Apartments. Wir haben vor wenigen Tagen ein Apartment gebucht. Groß, hell, freundlich und mit Badewanne. Nachdem wir das Zimmer gebucht hatten rief uns die Service Mitarbeiterin an und teilte uns mit, das wir das Zimmer nicht beziehen können, da der Mann der das Zimmer im Moment bewohnt, seinen Flug nicht wahrnehmen kann. Daraufhin bot sie uns ein anderes Zimmer an. Für den selben Preis allerdings mit niederer Qualität und ohne Badewanne. Widerwillig nahmen wir das Angebot an um dem Hotel entgegen zu kommen. Die Servicemitarbeiterin drängte uns beinahe am Telefon dazu, die Umbuchung schleunigst zu bestätigen. Komisch war nur, daß kurz nach der Umbuchung das selbe Zimmer wieder online zur Verfügung stand. Als wäre das ihre Masche, um so die Leute anzulocken.
Das war noch nicht alles. Einen Tag nach unserer Buchung haben wir erfahren, dass die Landesgrenzen von SA geschlossen wurden. Wir befanden/befinden uns zu diesem Zeitpunkt in Victoria. Dadurch können wir nicht anreisen. Der Manager erstattet uns dennoch nur die Hälfte des Geldes zurück.
