I was extremely happy with place. Very well suited for my family.
But it was the service of the management that made my holiday.
When I first arrived at sea world I was mean to stay at another place, that was not what I paid for. I was about to drive straight back to Melbourne. I found the place out of sheer luck and my ruined holiday was saved by the staff and this place. I will only be booking with them in the future.

owner is extremely rude, since we were asian he assumed that we couldn’t speak english and did not let us speak while he told us that we weren’t allowed visitor. He told us that there was 14-16 people that came in our room even though it was just 10 and we didn’t know and tried to peacefully resolve it with him and he was just extremely rude the whole time and it was not a pleasant experience. Do not stay here ever!! The quality of the rooms were also extremely poor and he blamed all his stayers that they damaged the room even though the infrastructure was already in poor conditions, what a joke. Overall, the place was run down completely, the owner was a complete jerk and relied on vulnerable customers to make a few extra bucks just because he can’t afford renovating the poor infrastructure.

After staying a few days, the owners were nice to us and saying hi and merry christmas, which led me to think that he was just worried and that may have portrayed off as rude. It is still not an excuse as it was a mistake from our part but he could’ve handled it better

We just spent 5 days here with a large family group. I highly recommended this accommodation, it was so spacious (felt like home), clean, beds were comfy, staff were lovely and friendly. We will deffinatly be back!.

Entire door was ripping off when we came in, and there was a dead cockroach on the floor. AC is extremely dusty. TV is really old, and has no streaming services. No support for a USB either.

Be aware that the manager is stealing things from rooms. Once you give him deposit he will makes false drama and dont return depisit money. Please dont visit this place.

Great service from owner,very clean and accommodating, everything needed to cook in the kitchen right down to a slow cooker. Definitely recommend.

Our family of 5 stayed here for 4 nights in the 3 bedroom apartment and we were not disappointed at all, if anything our hopes were exceeded! Daniel the manager was very accomodating and helpful. Nice clean apartments and fully equipped with everything you need for a family vacation plus the bonus of a private nice heated pool! Very close proximity to beaches and shops! Would highly recommend and we will definitely stay again.

We stayed here from the 11/02/24 to the 24/02/24. The place is lovely! The staff here were great — very kind and helpful. The apartment was clean and tidy. It’s in a great location - about a 5 minute walk from the beach, 5 minute walk from the tram and 25 minute walk from surfers paradise (which was a nice, scenic walk to take along the beach). Everything was working and in good condition. The place is very quiet and calm which was nice and relaxing. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. We had an amazing time here and absolutely recommend!! 10/10! ☺️
