Jen and Steve are the most beautiful humans!! So welcoming kind and thoughtful, we had such a beautiful time in the studio with my wife and 5 month old son.

The studio is fresh and well kept with a beautiful view of the veggie garden and greenery.

This was our second time back to Steve and Jen’s beautiful Surf House in Narrawallee. Both times their kindness and hospitality have been fantastic and have offered some great tips on where to find the good surf. We stayed in Lachs room on our first trip in November and in the self contained studio when we returned in March for a wedding in the area. Both rooms were very comfortable, clean and had everything we could want trip away, particularly the studio which was very spoiling! |We look forward to coming back to this beautiful part of the world again soon and definitely returning to stay with Steve and Jen.||Will and Rose

I have been there 3 times since last year and it is a pleasure to come back every time!||Steve and Jen are both fabulous hosts and their house is juste amazing. The day starts with the breakfast with the view on the ocean from the desk. The breakfast comes with a large choice a bread, mueslis, dairy, fresh fruits and Steve famous egg and bacon on the BBQ ;)||Then you can enjoy the nearest beach which is less than 5min walking from the house or choose from all the incredible things to see on this beautiful region.||The fact that you can borrow some surf boards an wetsuits is definitely an added value.||All the bedrooms are well furnished and really comfy. ||||I spent 3 week ends there and each of them were fabulous. We were a group of friends and had the best time there, Steve and Jen welcomed us very warmly. ||I wil definitely stay in this house again and I would recommend it for everyone who want to enjoy the region and spend a relaxing moment.||||Margaux

I feel like I know Steve and Jen pretty well now :-)||I'm Australian and this part of the NSW south coast is very special to me.||I first booked them through a site five years ago but now contact them directly. ||||The house is two levels, beautiful view and aspect down to the ocean. They are one of the last 'old-style' airbnb hosts - it's very affordable and they make you a really great breakfast - fruit, contintental or cooked - in the mornings, with fresh-ground coffee. ||||They really cater to their guests and also provide access to wetsuits etc. You are literally about 30m from the beach, and Narrawallee is a lovely one. Just last week there was a whale giving birth to a calf down there...!||||They have recently upgraded their beds in both guest bedrooms downstairs and now they also have a studio (separate building) next to the main house, which can also be booked.||The home itself is really lovely - well-built (by Steve!), not cheap-modern and not too old. Like a renovated beach-house feel. It's always in pristine condition as Jen is pretty exacting and details-oriented, without being overbearing.||I am really happy just staying in one of the rooms downstairs - this time I'm staying about ten days before getting on a flight out of the country. It's winter so I have the downstairs floor mostly to myself.||To me how you get on with the hosts is really important and they are really easygoing, serene people, very even and calm. I feel really comfortable staying here and am grateful to be able to. You can tell they are grateful for their life and home here and want to share it with guests. They are part of the christian surfer network so there is a spirit of giving here rather than making money off of you, but they keep their religious life to themselves (unless you were to ask, I'm sure).||||What I also really appreciate being able to do is use their kitchen to cook as this makes my longer stay even more affordable. There is a simple prep area with fridge downstairs to keep guest food in, but they are ok with me cooking upstairs. This is really great :-)||||Thanks Steve and Jen 🙂

The Surf House is amazing, with a central location next to the best surf spots in the region, super clean, cozy and neat. They have surfboards, wetsuits, bicycles and the houses breakfast is amazing, with a nice view of the ocean to start the day Relaxed.
The studio is just perfect, very modern and comfortable.
Steve and Jen are the best hosts ever, making sure the traveller has the best time in the area. They are the great differential of the business and make you feel at home. You won't want to leave

Steve and Jen are wonderful hosts and their pole house is amazing. They have surf boards, boogie boards and bicycles that guests can use for free. The beach is just a few meters down the road. Also, they make awesome free breakfast. This is the sort of place you don't want to leave. I'm definitely coming back!

Jen and Steve were amazing hosts. They were so helpful in places to visit and eat in the local area. I read many times on previous reviews about how good the breakfast was and now I understand why!! Thanks for having us to stay at your beautiful home and making us feel welcome. I would highly recommend anyone to Jen and Steve’s ‘Surf House’ at Narrawallee.

Canberra couple who have stayed here twice now. Awesome hot and cold breakfast cooked every morning by Jen and Steve, transport to nearby beaches and access to a wide range of surf gear. Tim's room is lovely and cozy, alongside a great bathroom and cooking facilities. Will be coming back soon!
