Great location with fabulous beach views. We stayed in a pet friendly cabin - facilities we clean and well presented. The lack of power points in the bedroom (for phones etc) was a slight issue but didn’t ruin our stay. Check in/out was very easy.

Set on the cliff above a beautiful beach. Views to die for. Staff very friendly and helpful. Amenities are a bit dated, BUT the water was hot and the pressure amazing. Grounds are well kept and clean. Definitely would stay again.

DO NOT BOOK THIS Place. We had been coming here for over 20 years. We decided not to go in 2023 and didn't pay our reposit as per their policy to cancel our trip. They then fraudulently accessed my credit card from the previous year's booking and charged us. When we questioned them they claimed that we had a contract, we didn't, and then after numerous phone calls and emails they refunded the money that they took. After 20 years of never having any issues and being loyal and consistent visitors despite the dilapidated facilities and the uneven camping sites and them doubling the price, they had the audacity to black list us. DO NOT waste your money, there's heaps nicer places to stay in Narooma. Buyer beware.

The office staff are friendly and have excellent customer service.
The ACE5 cabin which is a pet friendly cabin had all the bells and whistles but the shower screams were very small.
The cabin was neat,tidy and clean however needs abit of TLC in terms of getting rid of timber that is getting rotten.
The back door from inside could not lock,sensor lights would go off as its too dark and intruders are roaming the park and taking advantage.
The screen door was ripped by intruders and did not feel comfortable as the cabin doors are not secure enough.

Very very happy with our stay In the Ace 1 cabin . Exceptional customer service from Libby who went out of her way so much for us . Would highly recommend this place to family and friends . This Cabin has amazing beach views and it’s very hard to find something this close to beach . Can’t wait to visit again

If I could put minus stars I would.
If I could say “oh well you get what you pay for” I’d be LYING.
Considering this place is owned by Merivale I expected WAY more.
We booked & paid for 2 nights & packed & left at 6am after 1.
It was so overpriced for the standard of accommodation.
We stayed in the “newer” 2 bdrm cabins.
It was stinking of a wet musky odour on arrival despite opening all windows (several of which didn’t have bug screens)
And buying 2 air fresheners
Then there was the shower. If you don’t mind being wrapped in a wet shower curtain whilst trying to bathe that you can’t escape based on the size of the shower itself then you’ll love it.
Fast forward to nighttime where you only have block out blinds in bedrooms & outside lights that don’t turn off & so bright the cabin is well lit all night long.
Then if you happen to be positioned close to the camping sites you’ll get a pleasant 1am wakeup call of people yelling & carrying on (waking both children) for a good hour.
If you are able to get them & yourself back to sleep you’ll again be pleasantly woken by said Ferals at 5am.
If you don’t value sleep. Book in & enjoy ?
