Well upon arrival we were greeted with nice staff that opened up the second apartment for us during booking we were promised the whole hotel and a private swimming pool that we still are yet to find and the staff did not give us a key to lock our room with our whole time out I worried someone would come and steal our stuff apart from that I’m mainly complaining about false advertising and 10/10 would not recommend booking if you have a extremely large family as it was only
