SUPER amazing was the location, so close to everything, great views from the Motel.|Staff were exceptional and the rooms were classic for a motel close to the beach - lovely pops of colour. Had a really great night sleep in the beds which were lofty and very luxe.|Extra clean and tidy was the entire Motel. Night time checkin and early check out was easy. Next time will book further out - would love to return and stay longer than a few nights - too hard to leave!

Close to centre of Surfers but away from traffic and noise.
Excellent apartment with separate bedroom and two pullout sofas. Even provided an extra mattress etc ( not needed).
Well equipped kitchen with plenty of cooking gear etc plus washing machine a drier in bathroom.
Also a nice pool and a heated spa.
Excellent value and secure undercover parking.

I got a good deal for the accomodation so it was worth what I paid. No elevators which suck, was stuck carrying luggage feom the carpark up to 3rd floor. mismatched crockery with some only having 2 to the set. missing utensils and no pans |the staff were helpful and very friendly. pleasantly surprised at the spa pool. good temperature for the cool nights.|the saving grace for this accomodation was the location. 7 minute walk to the heart of surfers. |

We was expecting the room to be small and average in cleanliness , but it was a surprise. We paid $315 for 3 nights ,the staff was very simple and flexible ( we were able to book a room at almost 10pm). This accomodation is an apartment with a big kitchenette , two sofas, a reasonably good balcony facing to the SPA/Pool , the room was spacious and the bathroom was equipped with dryer and wash machine, if you hired a car they have a garage space for guests free of charge. Very very affordable even for a low season. Highly recommended

This complex is reasonably priced and quite tidy with decent sized rooms. We had a large group of women who booked many rooms for a hens weekend and a few of us didn’t quite get what we expected. For Eg I ordered a 2 bedroom apartment to share with my friend and when we arrived on the Saturday at about 3pm, there was no one on reception, even though checkin was not until 2 anyway, but had to talk to someone through a phone outside the door, to be told that they didn’t have any 2 bedroom units left and they had put us in 2 separate single bedrooms. Even though I booked 7months in advance. So not what we planned for but thought it should be ok. However on checking the rooms, one of the rooms absolutely wreaked with the smell of old Chinese food that had been left in a hot locked room....gross. We returned to the phone to advise them, to be told they were simply an answering service so nothing could be done until we saw reception the next morning. So we tried to air the room out by opening all the windows, turning the fan on but after a couple of hours it still smelled so we just locked it up and shared the other room. Upon complaining to the very young guy at the front desk the next day he really didn’t seem to know what to do, I pushed the issue saying that not only did we not get what we booked 7 mths in advance, the other room smelled. He said he didn’t know what could be done as we booked on a travel site and not direct with them. Another couple handed keys in while we were debating and complained that their aircon didn’t work at all (in Qld Jan summer!), the guy just looked at them dumbly and said “oh ok”. I continued to strongly assert how unhappy we were, and just decided to complain later. The guy did then call me about 1/2 hr later to offer an $80 reimbursement. So that was better than nothing. I know the other girls who booked other rooms had issues also, one of their rooms aircon didn’t work well either. Other than the smell the rooms were otherwise clean and tidy, the pool looked pretty good, but I wouldn’t rate the service highly, especially considering there is no assistance onsite all of the time if you have an issue. Location was fine for what we needed but it is a bit of a hike to the beach and shops.

I stayed for five nights when relocating for work and was happy with the price. My room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool and spa are great. When the drier needed fixing it was done within 2 hours of reporting. No elevator but good value.

We stayed at this resort for a few days in April 2016. My wife and 2 children found the unit to be a good size and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful with transfers etc. Room was clean although there was a strong cigarette smell, but a quick dash to the store for citrus deodorizer did the trick. Beds were nice and firm and we all slept well, reasonably close to all the action, shops & Cavill Ave etc, but far enough away for some peace as well, pool was clean and decent size, we have stayed a few places up here and found this place to be more than acceptable and would recommend it, we enjoyed our stay very much, thanks guys!

Both me and my wife are very pleased with the friendly staff.
A very comfortable, quite, clean home like atmosphere. Very clean and user friendly apartment, clean pool and surroundings. Superb Client Service, we will definitely be staying here if we come back to Surfers Paradise.
