I booked to stay at The Sunseeker Motel for our family’s first trip to Hervey Bay and we absolutely loved it! Our room was right beside the pool and BBQ area, I’m a professional cleaner for apartments, motels and do bond cleans for real estates and our room was immaculately clean we were so impressed. We all had a great sleep with crisp clean bedding and comfortable beds, the A/C was turned on for us before check in and we were so grateful for that. The convenience of having a grocery shop, barber, restaurants and cafes next door was amazing! And you are right across the road from the beachfront! Can’t get much better than that we will definitely be staying at The Sunseeker Motel again soon we loved it! Thanks again to the friendly owners Glynn and Julie for a very comfortable stay, we left you a thank you note on a tissue 😃

We are so happy we found Sunseeker Motel. We spent 4 nights: 2 nights, went to Lady Elliott Island, and then returned for another 2 nights. It was a great location. The room was comfortable and clean. We loved walking along the Esplanade and the beach and checking out the nearby restaurants. It was a convenient taxi cab ride from the airport.  Management was very friendly and gave helpful tips on places to visit. Also, we loved the info on how to see flying foxes at night! We would definitely stay again.

We only stayed for one day in a well appointed and spacious family room. As others have written the location is great: right across the road from the beach and smack dab in the middle of a variety of eateries and a supermarket. Parking is plentiful. The owners are friendly and helpful (they mentioned the weirdly impressive Cistern Chapel public toilets adjacent to the Maryborough town hall and we were not disappointed:-)|We would definitely look forward to staying there for a a longer period of time next time we're in the area.

We stayed here for 1 night, could not ask for anything better. Everything about it was great. Everything nice and clean. Loved having the pool. Owners were so friendly. Would not hesitate to come and stay again.

Owners were really friendly, helpful and accommodating. The pool was huge, clean, had great pool toys. Loved the room, happy with the facilities. The whole experience was wonderful. Can't wait to stay again with the family! Highly recommended.

We have had the most amazing stay at this motel for our family trip, we booked for a week in the 2 Bedroom apartment. The apartment is super spacious and very well equipped, extremely clean and comfortable. Superb location with beach across the road restaurants and shops literally next door meaning there was something for the whole family.|We all loved the heated pool and cooking on the BBQ and eating on the outdoor patio next to the pool. We are very grateful to have met Julie and Glynn who welcomed us and made us feel at home every day of our stay. They also helped us decide on best trips to do and then booked them for us taking the stress out of us having to try doing this ourselves which meant we had more time to explore the area and enjoy our stay. ||We really liked Hervey Bay and would recommend this motel as it is in the heart of bay. |We went to Fraser Island tour for the day and this is a magical day out something I will remember forever. |Hervey bay also has some fabulous markets selling lots of beautiful things and crafts to explore. ||We will definitely be coming back in the very near future and are already looking at dates for next year. |Thank you again for a fabulous stay|Dawn and family

Wonderful and very accommodating owners with the extra requests we had. Spacious and comfortable rooms (we had 3 in total). Perfect location in the heart of Scarness. Pool was sparkling with a great outdoor kitchen. Will definitely be staying agin.

HI all, sorry for the late review on this little gem within another little Gem in Hervy Bay! Great location across the street from what was one of our best meals in Australia (Enzos) Best calamari and fish and chips!!! | This place is no frills so if you're expecting the Ritz, dont complain. We went knowing this but this whole area is pretty rustic but that is part of its charm if you came looking for big commercial resorts go to Port Douglas. . The hotel is near everything and very clean and our room had plenty of space!! The inkeepers Glynn and Julie were VERY nice and welcoming. I wish we had more time here but we didint know how cool this area was, NEXT Time we'll stay longer!
