We had the most wonderful day at Sunnyside villas Bacchus Marsh for our Wedding, everything was perfect. Beautiful manicured gardens, it was just gorgeous. The best memories we could ever ask for. So many beautiful photos taken on the property. Thankyou so much for everything.

We stayed overnight at this beautiful accommodation. It was very comfortable, spotless, breakfast provisions were plentiful and the area peaceful. Our hostess, Lyn, was very welcoming. The gardens were relaxing. I would strongly recommend this accommodation for a stay over on your travels.

A magnificent home and gardens. A lovely room with plenty of charm. Terrific garden views. More than ideal for a quiet getaway. Topped of with secure off street parking and lovely hosts in one of the nicest BnB's we have stayed in anywhere.

Magnificent property with the most helpful and friendly hosts, without being intrusive.
We pretty much didn’t see them after our welcome, but are there if we needed anything.
Beautiful room and ensuite.
Lots of little extras supplied to make the stay all the more enjoyable.
Close enough to town to stroll down for a coffee supplies or a meal.
Highly recommend.

This beautiful home is huge with high ceilings, spacious gardens and superb comfort. I stayed for 5 nights and cannot fault anything! I had no car, relying on family to drop off & pick up. Matt & Lyn very kindly helped me out a few times as well. It was very quiet, an easy walk into Bacchus Marsh. I enjoyed the wide selection of reading material on offer in the rooms. This was an experience like no other B&B. Excellent.

A beautiful place to stay. The room was gorgeous and had everything from danishes in a glass dome, tea pot for morning tea sitting in the garden and robes. The details in the styling of the room was amazing. The gardens are just stunning and I could not recommend this place enough for a romantic getaway.

Beautiful room and home was a complete surprise in this little town. Lyn was such a lovely host. Even dropping me into town the next day. Organic butter and beautiful preserves. Aesop toiletries. Gorgeous dog on site. My only disappointment was that they were booked solid and I could not stay longer. Just lovely. And the most comfortable bed. Fresh fruit from their trees.

I stay at Matt and Lynn’s oasis on a weekly basis one night. It is like living at a palace! Beautifully appointed bedroom and premium comfort. Separate area for kitchen and bathroom. Historic home with a stunning garden and swimming pool. Generous breakfast and refreshments provided. I come on business, but this is a retreat for me, such is the luxury. Delightful hosts make my stays here truly special. The best Airbnb I’ve stayed in!
