The young lady who served us was fantastic. She went above and beyond for us. Sadly the food was a let down. I ordered a medium rump. It came out still bleeding and I had to send it back. Staff did quickly rectify the issue. The chips and salad were nice and also generous. Our other order was the Wagyu burger. Unfortunately it was very dry. The prices are reasonable. The toilets are very clean and overall it was still a good experience.

My friends and I had the most fabulous dining experience at the Sunnybank Hotel bistro tonight. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the service was IMPECCABLE. We were served by the lovely Jacob who catered to our every need with a smile! We will certainly be returning 😉

The Lunch Menu is value for money. The Pan Barramundi was delicious, cooked to perfection. The Salt and Pepper Calamari was very tender and again cooked well. The service is excellent. A special mention to Jake, who is always happy and accommodating. The Bistro has 3 large sports screens, if this is of interest to you. There is plenty of parking available.

Special thanks to this establishment and specifically Katie, Jacob and Lewis. Amazing service, went above and beyond for us and the other patrons. Examples of the amazing service include, upholding standards by serving great food regularly while gaming while also providing satisfactory service exceeding tourism expectations. While being here on a holiday this establishment quickly became our local as Katie, Jacob and Lewis welcomed us as they would their standard locals, giving amazing service and a good chat. We can’t thank them enough for making our holiday one to never forget. Definitely a highlight to our trip. Thanks again Katie, Jacob and Lewis. We will definitely return in the future. X

Went to the restaurant today. The staff all all nice but special mention please to Jacob in the restaurant. Great customer service and very nice, friendly waiter and staff member. Please pass this onto him if possible. I didn't get time to speak with a manager while I was there. Customer service is hard to find in the service industry believe it or not but today was an exception. 5 stars

Meal was just as we ordered-cooked perfectly.
Ordered a jug of soft drink-Kiera served us.
Both ladies greeted us with a smile.
Their service was above and beyond. Very polite, helpful and friendly.
