I had a very much needed pedicure today. Everyone at sunny nails was amazing. From the water on arrival to offer of candy and the conversation during my service, everything was wonderful. I went to this shop first time today to get my nails done and I am so surprised how come someone be that much nice, caring to their customers. I have been in Australia from last 14 years and this is the first time, I had that much good experience

I had the best customer service experience I have ever had at Sunny Nails today. Lana and her husband were just so friendly and welcoming. Being fairly new at having my nails professionally done, I was given all the best options and advice for my nails. I couldn’t be happier with the end result!! I feel like I have made 2 new friends and I’m so looking forward to returning for my next wonderful treat.

You must try Sunny Nails……very reasonably priced and Lana has had years of experience!! You will be treated with the greatest respect and leave very happy!

The only thing that’s good about the place is how convenient the parking is and the male owner is always friendly and try to provide with the best Customer service by greeting at the door. I can’t say much about the wife because I’ve been going there for quite some time and lately I’ve noticed she’s getting worse and worse at gossiping about the customers. Just because other people can’t understand your language it doesn’t mean they can’t tell when you’re gossiping about them as customers have every right to ask questions about the process And fix whatever it’s necessary that we’re not happy about. Same goes to the workers as well about gossiping. We are paying $100+ per trip and if you’re too inpatient, want to gossip or too tired to fix some things that’s not up to the standard just go home or refund the money.
