We were met by the nicest host ever. The owner is lovely and thoughtful. |It’s hard to get dog friendly accommodation in Yeppoon, so we stayed a little way out of the main town. We made a good choice. |For the size of the two bedroom villa, the location, and what it was, we thought the tariff was very reasonable too. 👍

We just needed an overnight stay so it sufficed, albeit barely. |The studio room was old and dated, but did have all the things you’d need. It could do with a proper clean tho, the top of the fridge was filthy, the top edge of the tiles around the kitchen were greasy with stuck on dust/fluff, the floor “sticky”, o/h fan dusty/rusty…..none of it giving a good vibe. |The “complimentary” uht milk in the fridge was open/used, with only a quarter remaining…who knows how long it had been there, I certainly didn’t test it. |Would we say again…..no.

Read the reviews people before booking!
Office smelt like an ash tray.
Room was filthy, dog hair on the lounges, mould on aircon, only one aircon in the whole place, dog poo in garden, I understand this is a pet friendly unit but come on…. Dust all over bed side tables. With children that have allergy’s to dust and mould we left immediately, not refunded. Oh and pool was about waist deep, wouldn’t even have a pool advertised on their website to be honest. Not worth the $$

Old and tired. Large rooms with an enclosed are for the dogs, also an area to walk the dogs. Good facilities in the room which was clean and neat. Walk to a very quiet beach and a 10 minute drive to Yeppoon.

It was an older set up which is very noticeable and a great spot to relax until the owners kids used the pool and played their music loud which spoilt the peace and quiet. The pool was always dirty and you could see hair floating in it, you had to clean the pool first unless you like swimming with other people's hair ? Another disturbing point to remember is that there was no smoke alarms in the units and the fire extinguishers were out of date and had no charge left so if there was a fire don't use the extinguisher go straight for a garden hose. But if your after moderate pet friendly accommodation try it you may like it.

Definitely not 4 star. Photos on website do not match this place in 2024 at all. I went with this place with the pictures of the pool. Don’t bother the photos don’t do the pool justice. Definitely not great value I really regret booking this place I’m just lucky my kids are adaptable.

Intially the grounds are the attraction. We fell in love with the quiet. Coconut trees, passionfruit bushes and all set back off the road and once ensconced you could be miles from anywhere. The cabins are clean,and the staff friendly, but they are small, and although the staff did their best to make our unit disabled friendly it really wasn't designed that way and manueuvering a wheelchair is a bit of a performance, but the gardens seem to make up for it. Price is reasonable. Staff are super friendly more like family, but beware if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke. Although the units are no smoking the owners smoke. Otherwise it's a great place. Would definitely return.

Beds were comfy, quiet and safe location, good sized units but pool was empty (July - winter time - we didn't know before turning up so kids were disappointed), dated units, drain flies and mozzies inside our unit, towels smelt a little musty, no wifi and poor cellular signal (we're with Optus though).
