The staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They definitely go the extra mile to make sure you're experience is fantastic. We have not dined in in a while but pleasantly surprised at the fantastic menu when we recently dined in again with family.

The food was disgusting. We have bout from there several times but the last 2 times the same chef has made terrible pasta and I could make it better at home. I'm sorry but it has been that lazy... I will review this review if I decide to try again because at this stage I don't want to.

We stayed one night in Jan 25
Perfect location just outside Brisbane
Lots of business's close by such as petrol, MacD, Chemist etc.
Motel is connected to hotel so easy access for a very nice Dinner.
The room has everything for a short stay TV, AirCon etc and all very clean.
We will stay again

Our family of 5 went there for the Christmas seafood lunch 2024. $145 per person, we were all looking forward to it. The salads were dismal, not a crispy roast potato in site, the vegetables were over cooked and bland, the ham was swimming in water, the pork was tougher than an old rubber boot and the turkey looked unappealing. The hot water urn was not working, could not even have a cup of tea. The prawns were good as they were fresh and already cooked, so was the carrot cake as that was brought in as well. Very disappointed and we all went home feeling ripped off.

We had a group stay for 3 nights for a sporting event. Rooms were clean and tidy and to our surprise, we had fresh towels during the stay which was not expected.

We ate at the bistro all 4 nights. Couldn’t fault the staff. They went above and beyond to help out and nothing was too hard. Staff are super polite and friendly.

Meals were generous in size and we loved everything we ordered.

Location was great with everything within walking distance. We will be back for sure.

The Christmas lunch was the best one yet and the staff were phenomenal.. made Christmas day for us big time... the food was beautifully presented and superb.

Came here on Father’s Day for dinner in the bistro, not a very busy night and most tables were bookings so able to anticipate how many customers/ food there would be.
As someone who has worked in previous restaurants including avc Venues I am appuled by the service and wait times.
Understand it is a busy night however having a nearly 2 hour wait time for food is beyond ridiculous. When we ordered we were told the kids meal would be out in minimum 15 minutes but it took 47 minutes.
Was told a 45-50 minute wait time for food but it was a 1 hour 45 minute wait.
Ended up having to ask for our food take away as we had our table booked for 530 assuming to be home by 7 not only receiving our food at 7. I had a chicken burger that was cold in the middle, the ribs and wings my partner had also cold in the middle. Serving size not great $30 for (picture down below) and no slaw only garden salad. Looked like the service was running table by table instead of having a chef for each section of the kitchen etc. Beyond disappointed considering it should have been anticipated that it would be busy maybe more staff for future and having the chefs in sections not table by table and 2 hone waits.

Had the tofu burger. It was a big slab of flavorless tofu. No love went into that meal. We probably won't go there again.
