Property is in a great location just outskirts of Adelaide halfway to Mount Lofty, but not easy to find, so pay attention to the instructions that host Sally provides when you book the accommodation. It has only 1 room to rent so there is a lot of privacy. Room was spacious, with lots of old furniture. The ensuite was modern and new. Sally was very welcoming and cooks wonderfully. We had dinner prepared by Sally on a cold winter's night (it later snowed up in the nearby mountains) and breakfast the next morning. Both were delicious. Worth a stay.

I loved Sundance because it is in a fantastic rural location just minutes from the city. Koalas inhabit the trees as do many beautiful birds. It is quiet and has a lovely private deck which overlooks the valley. A creek trickles through the trees at the bottom of the hill. Sally is the perfect hostess providing everything you need as well as being a fantastic cook. I thoroughly recommend it. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated after staying.I especially loved the birds in the morning and the great walk down to the creek.

A lovely spot so much closer to Adelaide than you'd expect. Great views of the countryside. Sally is a marvellous host and produces a magnificent breskfast. The room is very spacious. It was relaxing to sit on the verandah in the afternoon and enjoy the birds and the rural aspect. All up a great place to stay

We found Sundance on TripAdvisor and I'm so so glad we did. After a long drive, Sally made us feel so welcome and had everything ready for our arrival, was an absolute godsend.. The room was so comfortable & private, and the breakfast was left ready for us to cook and eat at our own leisure the next morning. We made full use of the facilities provided and left perfectly refreshed ready for another long drive.|Thank you Sally for such a wonderful stay.. an unexpected little retreat tucked away for the lucky traveller. 🙂

We found this B&B on Trip Advisor and do so glad we did. It's a great location, close to many of the lovely villages, attractions, walks and drives found in the Adelaide Hills. Sally is such a wonderful and warm Host and cooks an amazing breakfast. The property is in a very scenic location too. We stayed there 4 nights. Loved seeing the Koalas too!

The 10 minute travelling from Adelaide to the peace and quiet of Sundance is well worthwhile. The Host had a delicious cheese platter set up and we sat on the patio and enjoyed the unreal warm Autumn weather outside. The nights are cooler and the fireplace was so cosy in the living room. Delightful place to stay when travelling near Adelaide.

Pleasant B&B in the Adelaide Hills, one guest room with own large sitting room and large deck with views over the valley. Breakfast supplies provided in preparation area in the sitting room – fridge, toaster, coffee maker, plug-in fryingpan. Kettle and tea and coffee making supplies in the bedroom. Port to enjoy in the sitting room. Sally, the owner and Kim, her friend/lodger/assistant are friendly and can offer local advice on places to eat etc. The little dog is very friendly too!||||Located, with other properties, down a dirt track off Mount Barker Road dual carriageway, the turn can be easily missed round a bend, especially at night. If uncertain, head up to Crafers and then come back down, approaching it on the same side of the road. Easy once you’ve done it the first time though. There’s also the park and ride from Crafers which takes you quickly and easily straight into town.||||Sundance has lovely gardens and a large area of land down to the stream in the valley below. Koalas in the trees just beyond the deck!

In seeking quiet and rural accommodation for a weekend I found Sundance on the internet and after securing from our host Sally that evening meals could be provided, as we would be without our own transport, I booked 2 nights. Whilst we found the accommodation to be indeed quiet and in a tree filled setting, we struggled to get and keep warm and found the amenities to be "tired". Heating was provided but was simply inadequate for this cold weekend in July. Carpet in the bedroom was quite stained. The kettle is located in the bedroom but fridge with milk in the sitting/dining room so quite a bit of opening and closing doors in a desperate bid to not lose any heat in either room. I didn't realise breakfast was a "cook your own affair" - the space for this was challenging. Having got the negatives out of the way, Sally is friendly and helpful and is a charming host. We were particularly appreciative of the invitation to join her and friends on a bush walk during which we spotted no less than 11 koalas - one of the main attractions for booking her accommodation!
