Okay price for what it is. Bit of an issue with hot showers, but rectified by second night. Clean, bit dilapidated (VHS player next to TV etc). Stayed in worse. Not easy to park large vehicle in bays ... 2.5m height clearance and short turning circle. Otherwise comfortable and okay for $106 per night.

We been going to motel for a while.
Got a shock went there room for night the toilet roll had 10 squares on it qhen went in well 2 people to use room and not spare roll nota good-looking, and could not get tv as well .not happy .

I can’t recommend anyone staying here.
When entered the bathroom, saw two dead cockroaches.
Even worse, my friend’s room was full of small cockroaches.

Room is dirty, filled with strange smell.
Rusty fridge, torn old bedsheets, can’t imagine such a room exists.

Initially booked for two nights, however cancelled the second night. Reception staff was helpful and cooperative.

Stayed here 5 days ago and the room and showers where no where near up to scratch. I hope it's under new management cos the lady in the office is a sweetheart and can't do enough for our stay here. I'm not sure if it's just the upstairs rooms that don't get hot water but this time round the showers are brilliant with heaps of water pressure. Not to mention to my surprise $10 cheaper then the last time.
Totally recommend.

Sun Plaza Motel is budget friendly and rooms are well equipped. I had a minor problem with the aircon remote which was attended to immediately.

The place was filthy full of bugs, ants and piled up dust. Price was good but wouldn’t stay there again. Cut our two night stay down to one night as I couldn’t get sleep due to the biting ants. They refused a refund for the second night.
