I recently visited Subway Berowra, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a warm welcome from the staff. The atmosphere was clean, inviting, and perfectly set for a quick meal.The food was nothing short of excellent. The ingredients were fresh and vibrant, making for a delicious and satisfying meal. I ordered a classic Subway sandwich, and every bite was a testament to the quality and care put into the preparation. The vegetables were crisp, the meats were flavourful, and the bread was perfectly baked.

I have been to this outlet twice, and will not be going back again. Before writing this I read all the 1 Star reviews left by so many people and agree with each and everyone of them as I noticed these things myfself.

THIS IS THE WORST SUBWAY THERE IS

The staff's appearace, attitude and customer service alone is enough to kill your appetite. The hygine issues were very obvious and so was the freshness of greens.

As one of the reviewers has already posted, this is the only Subway where the staff runs to the cash counter in the middle of preparing your meal. Pathetic

On top of this, I was charged $2 extra for the sandwich I usually get across all the locations that I visit and been to.

I am thinking of reporting this franchise and wonder if Subway has ever conducted any quality audits here

Intelligent staff bill you while the sub is toasting and then want to charge extras when you choose the salad. Pathetic. Find out what the customer wants before you charge them you morons.

Went here with our family, and the attitude of the staff was so bad. The worst thing is there was a cockroach in one of the wraps. TOTALLY THE WORST

Food was great even for Subway standards. Staff always appear to have only just woken up and have the need to repeat the order despite just answering the question. Minus a ? for putting raw bacon on my sub and asked if I wanted anything else. Yes COOKED bacon would be nice.

Having read some of these comments I think we dodged a bullet. Turned up at 7:45 with four kids after reading they were open until 8pm on google.

The door was unlocked but the staff member glanced up from counting money as I asked if we could still get an order in. Her short response was “no, closed”.

Probably a good thing.

However had time to prepare themselves something before leaving.
