I can’t recommend Sublime Flow Bowen Mountain highly enough! Her massage space is incredibly tranquil and welcoming, instantly helping me unwind. Every session, she goes above and beyond to ensure I’m comfortable, tailoring her techniques to my needs with such genuine care and expertise. Such an amazing massage, host is absolutely wonderful, positive vibes. My husband and I left there feeling amazing, not only relaxed but with relief from day to day stress. I will definitely recommend this place for a great massage but also healing. Definitely will be a returning client ?

I have had hundreds of massages and enjoyed them all, but Kate at Sublime Flow is truly exceptional. After my first session I immediately rebooked. Exactly the sort of energy and body healing I’ve been looking for. This massage could have been in a dingy mall and it still would’ve been brilliant, but the bush setting and thoughtful set up certainly made it feel very nurturing and sacred.
I live all the way on the other side of Sydney but I will be back!

A wonderful experience in a lovely treehouse studio overlooking the bush. If you think of log fire warming the room, heating under the soft doona, music that takes you along on the journey and the healing and gentle hands on your body to make you walk out feeling relaxed, this is what you receive each and every time you visit, this space is my go to when I’m needing some downtime.

We have Kate come to us at Kurrajong during a yoga retreat and Kate was nothing less than amazing! I have massages in Sydney routinely every 2 to 4 weeks and Kate beats all the high end salons that I've been to for massages. She found all the tension and knots and really worked on them without excessive pressure or discomfort. I walked out of the massage feeling like I have a new body. Thank you so much Kate!

The massage at Sublime Flow certainly lives up to its name! An absolutely fantastic experience with Kate in her beautifully constructed therapy room. I’ve had a few ‘high end’ luxury massages over the years but this one surpassed every expectation that I had. The view is delightful, the room extremely comfortable (even in the dead of winter) and the intuitive attention that Kate demonstrated was truely inspired. She improved mobility in a stiff joint which greatly reduced pain and discomfort in my body overall. Can I give 100 stars because 5 just doesn’t seem enough. I highly recommend a session!
