Up the stairs to a lovely conveniently located 2 bedroom apartment on the marina at Mandurah. Sebel hotel across the road, entertainment district around the corner, foreshore stroll to the shops, Marina across the bridge, really doesn’t get much better than this but it does, there is a cafe next door! The two bedroom unit has everything you need for short or extended stay. The host’s are truly the most hospitable people I’ve ever come across - nothing is a problem. Even early check-in accommodated for a modest fee - just wonderful to have the flexibility after travelling such a long distance.

Excellent location, near to restaurants, bars and the beach.

Studio 11 is an ideal self-contained unit with everything you need. It is generally quiet, save maybe for the occasional revellers post-function in the car park nearby.
If you have no problem with one flight of stairs then you'll dig this place.
The preparation was thoughtful, cheerful, careful and bright. The location is ideal for a chillax break, and we did utterly relax.
You don't need to travel overseas, just take the train and the shuttle bus takes you within a couple of blocks of Studio 11.

The apartment was very clean and tidy on arrival and still feels quite new. The host Robyn was very accommodating and the arrival treats were a great welcome surprise !
The studio also has fully equipped kitchen to self cater modern bathroom and laundry.
The location is amazing and just a short walk to beaches, cafes, restaurants etc.
Would stay again and highly recommend it.

Robyn runs a first-class operation. Spotless, cosy, looks new and a million-dollar mattress gave us a perfect nights' sleep every night of our four night stay. We look forward to our next visit and would not think of staying anywhere else.

I have booked to stay two nights, leaving tomorrow and returning on Sunday. It is 11:00pm at night and I have received an email saying my booking has been cancelled due to over booking. It is the night before I leave with two other friends. We have made bookings for the weekend and now, the night before, late at night I might add, I am emailed to be told it is cancelled and I will receive my refund in 7-10 days. This is absolutely disgusting. I am absolutely appalled.

Loved our short stay at studio 11. Beautiful sunlit apartment with wonderful hosts. Booked through Agoda. But they are also welcoming direct bookings.

Host was so kind..(left us many treats:)), across the rd from sebel and at a much cheaper price,very clean,with absolutely everything you need ,
Great spot close to many restaurants ,will book again
