This hotel was truly horrific! I understand the building is dated and was meant to have that charm but unfortunately it was beyond acceptable, to the point we had to leave and were told a refund or upgrade was not available. The couch and bed bases had large stains, including blood and other substances. The bathroom appeared to have mold in the shower and paint was peeling away drastically. The windows were letting in large amounts of air and were constantly making noise. This was beyond disgraceful for a hotel!

Stayed the night at the hotel. The shower in one of the stall has little to no pressure but didnt stop me from using it. Unfortunately was not able to try the bistro as it was under renovations. Nevertheless, the pub was good.

stayed here for the 2nd time in the last few weeks and it did not dissapoint. the staff was once again so friendly and accommodating. The in house bar and gaming managers are always there to ensure you are having the best time possible. They have a very nice bottle shop attached to the hotel with an amazing beer and wine selection. I will be staying here on any visit I have to Sydney

Rude staff, bad service. The bar isn’t just here. There are better bars and better service staff. Do you know how to be polite to the customers? Your paycheck comes from us, your customers. Customers are always right. That is the policy being a customer service staff.

worst hotel worst staff worst service and top of all manager sucks.
she doesn't know how to act and talk with customers.
toughness is showed at home
not to the customers who just had 2 scooners
if that's the issue then there's no point of having a pub.
but best of luck

I love coming here for some dinner and a cheeky wine. The staff always make me feel welcome every time I come in which is refreshing.

Was there last night and I personally feel like they should have another manager on, staff in the bar were absolutely amazing Sarah really did a great job serving customers and doing her job considering there was no manager and it was quite busy.

Very good location for drinks. Very good customer service and varieties of beer at a good price. Big area and spacious, you can also enjoy pool here.
