Big hall, and many car park under ground and good for organising event, see photo for food they provided

We had lunch on a weekday, there is absolutely no one at the restaurant. Food was OK. Just.
The vege pizza had potato, olives and bits n pieces of i-donno-whats, see photo.
I guess the view and atmosphere compensated the mediocre food, can't complain.
Coffee was good though.

We held my father’s wake at the golf club functions rooms and were happy with the service and food on the day. We hope they continue with providing good service as it is a nice space and a nice outlook to have for a function.

Today my family was very disappointed when we attended a wake in one of the function rooms at the Strathfield Golf club.
The food was absolutely not acceptable the 70 guests did not eat even after a long day of attending our loved ones funeral.
I strongly advise for anyone wanting to book in a venue please look elsewhere.

Not a super easy location to get to, if you don’t have a car it’d simply be a nightmare to get to.

There’s a ramp up which goes into a car park but there’s some spots just outside the building on the left and right. We continued on the right side and after seeing that all spots were taken we had to do a tight u- turn to go back so that we could go up the ramp. Not the easiest to do.

The inside is all modern and actually a very relaxing atmosphere. Wasn’t packed so plenty of room to sit anywhere. I don’t actually like Golf (went for the food after visiting the cemetery) but the view from the window was stunning enough that I was watching golfers and relaxing.

I had the Pad Thai, it was a decent size, had enough prawns 🍤 and had some good flavours.

Would I Return?:

Yes but I’d find a way to park on the street. It’s be a good location if you were meeting up with people.
