The coffee, customer service, and staff are absolutely 5-star – no complaints there. However, I’m really disappointed with the Stella Rosa rewards system. It doesn’t make sense that rewards can only be claimed through the app when the purchase is made via the app. It would’ve been great if we could at least scan and collect points for in-store or drive-through purchases too. Zero stars for that part of the experience.

We grabbed a coffee from here for the first time and we were very impressed with the service and great coffee. The young girl at the drive thru was lovely and we loved the comments on the cups!

I never usually write negative reviews and have been here countless times before and usually enjoy the food (albeit a little exxy) and get great customer from the staff.
But today I had a really negative experience with the owner- he was really rude and condescending.
He had an issue with the way I ordered my food on the app and when I showed him how I did my order and asked for help with how I should order instead- he had no idea and said no one uses the app anyway (even though I’ve used it multiple times in the past with no issue).
In order to get a resolution and my food, I had to pay extra money (so ended up paying more than what the food would have been if I ordered at drive through). It seemed ridiculous and was a small issue over a small amount of money. But at the end of the day it was the owner’s rude attitude that caused the main issue and I’ll be choosing to support other local businesses from now on.

Great quality coffees and amazing staff! They were all so warm and welcoming to me and my friend when we came here for lunch together. I HIGHLY recommend on checking this place out if you have have a coffee date with a friend or two! One of the best Cafés out there 🙌

This cafe charges a surcharge on weekends.
Others do not.
I can't support a business that does this.
Over $12 for a smashed avo!
Zarraffa's, $5.95!!
No one in the store, I'm not surprised
