Room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Staff here is very nice, and rates are reasonable. Walls are thin, however, so it's pretty noisy at times.

You know what's great about this place? It's right in the middle of town - super handy since you can just walk everywhere! The prices won't break the bank, and the rooms are decent too, quite old but in good condition. Plus, there's always someone at the front desk if you need anything, day or night.

Oh, and I've got to give a special shoutout to Toby at reception - what a legend! He really took the time to tell us everything we needed to know about getting around town. Really made our stay that much better!

I would not recommend this hotel at all. The rooms are not clean. There were bits of tomato and seeds and white stains on the carpets when I checked in. The rooms don’t feel clean and the walls all have dirty marks on them. I also saw some bugs in the room. I left immediately and stayed at a much nicer and cleaner hotel. The service was also poor.
There are much nicer places to stay.

The rooms and all the equipment inside are very old and poorly maintained. Airco in our room left concerning smell, toilet seat was deformed and looked not entirely clean. Breakfast was not good. On the positive side the location is great. The room itself looked clean and the room service did a good job.

First night we stayed in room 13 and the shower was mouldy, really needs a good scrub. The second night we stayed in 1001 and we were very happy with that room.
Loved having the Italian restaurant at the back, that was very convenient.

Staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. There is a small pool and restaurant. Great location close to CBD.

Good standard accommodation at a reasonable price.|The hotel is in a great location between the river and the mall, quiet but close to shops etc.|We stayed in the Classic triple room with 3 adults and it was clean and comfortable, although the bathroom was dated.|The hotel has an unusual layout, like 2 motels joined together, so reading the reviews perhaps there is a difference in room standard depending on what block you are in? It certainly made it difficult to find the cafe.

I love staying at this hotel so I have already been here a few times. I noticed how the hotel has improved from the past couple of years. The cleanliness of the rooms and new curtains.
Also I saw they are getting some of the barbecue area refurbished which is already looking great!
In addition, it is right next to the center of the city and has a really good and friendly team.
I can wait to stay here on my return to Alice!
