Ordered a bolognese, and a margarita. The margarita as you can see doesn’t look too good. It tasted terrible. Some of the bolognese underneath was (and I’m not kidding you) actually cold (like out of the fridge cold).

The margarita here is like that sold for 2.5 per slice at secondary school canteens (which was just terrible) - tomato paste and cheese on dough all dried up.

Had to wait an hour and half as had the wrong phone number to the caravan park however 10 out of 10 on the pizza. Very polite. The thin crust was spot on, will definitely order again when next in town

We picked up dinner here on our night in Wagga. We had a pizza, a pasta and a dozen wings, plus a garlic bread. The pizza and wings were delicious, the pasta and the garlic bread not so much. The service was prompt and excellent and the total price was less than $65 for four people. The food was hot and fresh.

Awful customer service. I tried calling to place an order, and it rang out. I tried ordering through the website, and it wouldn’t let me pay. I finally was able to place an order for pickup on UberEats.

I missed an option when ordering, so tried calling to cancel. The phone number in UberEats was wrong, so I had to google them again to find the correct number. A man picked up, and I explained the situation and asked if he could cancel my order so I could reorder it correctly as I have an allergy. He agreed to cancel it, but when I checked the app again, he’d instead marked it as ready, even though it had only been a few minutes.

He then called again 15 minutes later asking when I would be there to pick up my pizza, and I again said I’d asked them to cancel my order earlier. He replied with “oh. I’ll need to mark it as received then to get it out of our system.”

So I’ve been charged for food I didn’t receive, and UberEats won’t help me as it’s no longer a live order.

Would never order from here again, and would not recommend it to anyone.

What I ordered looked lovely on the menu (peach crumble pizza) but what I got was utterly disappointing and inedible the pizza base was stale and the toppings were just randomly thrown on and when I called the store to let them know I was just told to get over it as “they sell so many in a day” I am disgusted at the attitude towards service and the food quality.
