Beautiful store with a great range of drinks. The Matcha Latte at Starbucks always slaps and we tried the Pink Guava Apple KomFRUCha today which was so nice and fruity.

Asked for very light ice and got a half cup full of nice. Half of my drink was nice for $8 for a medium drink I would like to get a proper drink.

Coffee was good but the long haired fella told me to "have a nice life" in a very cynical tone for whatever reason after reluctantly handing me my coffee. Very nasty vibes in this place. Coffee was good though.

croissants didn't toast enough. Soggy.. almond croissant seems like someone took a bite before serve. Awful customer service.

Needed a place to wait while car was at nearby Bridgestone. This place always disappoints. Grossly Overpriced. Staff couldn’t care less and treat any complaint or request with complete distain. Understaffed, so that the person at the register is also doing driveway and you can expect that your ordering will be interrupted half a dozen times while they multi-task. Terrible customer service. No apology for anything and you are just wrong and annoying to them. Food well below average and coffee ordinary. Forgot how bad it is, as I said that last time, too. More fool me. Last chance now and should have saved my money. Avoid.

Stopped here for lunch and ended up spending about 4 hours working on my laptop. A very comfortable Starbucks with pleasant staff who seem to all get along well. Had me a lovely cup of hazelnut latte and chicken & avocado panini toasted 😋! The coolest Starbucks in Toowoomba 😉

We can in today for beans and were disappointed to find none of our preferred variety were available. However Sam was great and went above and beyond to find some for us! Big shout out to him for his customer service and to the blonde light roast beans 😀☕
