Vibes were pretty Starbucks-y (iykyk).

However at this venue it would be quite challenging to get to without a car.
This is my second visit here.

Tried their Halloween range, server was quite unfamiliar with the menu... But overall a decent experience. Some outdoor parking

Huge appreciation to the team tonight, especially to the man who took our order. My younger brother has allergies, and even on a busy Friday night, he and another team member took the time to carefully read through the allergen list and made a drink my brother really enjoyed. Huge shout out to you guys ? my brother and I are so appreciative of the effort.

Chloe made the most delicious latte a man could ever dream about and it made my day, even though she couldn’t see over the coffee machine. The songs played on the radio were comforting and helped me go to the bathroom, which I was having trouble with over the last week.
It was also great to see they even served disabled people with broken limbs.

The lady that just served us now in the drive thru at 6:30 pm, 28th July Marsden park was so RUDE and right away banged the window in our face when we are asking for the size of venti as it seems smaller than normal. She sounded pissed off when we check to compare the venti cup which as customer is our right to check. Didn’t even bothered to say have a good one which was what other staff always says every time we get there which is almost thrice a week . So disappointing and makes us wonder to go to other place instead as it’s not what Starbucks standard is. PLEASE CHECK CAM TO VERIFY THIS RUDE ATTITUDE FROM STAFF AND IMPLEMENT TRAINING AS REQUIRED. Really Disappointing Experience…

I order a venti size in this Starbucks and ask no ice please. And it is 1/4 empty. The girl said because there was no ice so not full cup. So I paid the same price but had less size because of no ice? What happened if they normally put 1/3 or 1/2 cup of ice, so the order will be only 1/2 of drink without ice?

The coffee here is absolute garbage. Next time you should just soak the take away cup in water and let me drink the paper maché it would taste better. Staff were more interested their nails than making a decent coffee

When my child came to pick up 3 cups, they didn't ask if he needed a tray or they just gave him 3 cups. My child took the tray for 2 cups and held 1 cup. My kid is 12 years old When he got to the door, he had to open the door himself, so he dropped 1 cup right at the door. I saw that and ran over(,because I have one kid in the car as well so I can not came to pick up)and their staff also came to clean up. I was surprised why they didn't organize for him a tray for 3 cups for instead of 2 cups and holding 1 cup like that. They replied that it was because my child took it like that. they weren't responsible for my child spilling that cup of drink.

Ordered a hot chocolate and it was basically just water and the taste was horrible . barely any milk also asked for cream and didn’t get any. The service at drive through was terrible as well the lady’s tone was quite rude when serving us and no thank you . poor customer service here.
