Had to stop for the family member who wanted this soooo bad!
They offer a wide variety to suit all taste buds, quick service, just be alert of the typical city folk hanging around the train lines and streets

I visited your store yesterday evening around 6:30 PM and ordered a latte and a cappuccino. Unfortunately, the quality of the coffees was highly disappointing. Both had a burnt taste, which suggests that the espresso machine may not have been properly maintained or cleaned. Regular backwashing of the machine could help ensure a better-tasting coffee.
The store was quiet at the time, and the staff appeared to have little to do. However, the preparation of the coffee did not reflect the standards I would expect from a reputable café like yours. Proper training for baristas is essential to maintaining the quality associated with your brand.
Please see the attached image for reference. I believe this experience does not align with the standards of excellence typically associated with Starbucks, and as a result, I am unlikely to return to this location.

Quick iced coffee frappe treat - very delicious!
Lots to choose from. Tiramisu and lamington frappes are the new flavours to try.

The staff at this branch performed very poorly and seemed unaware of customer orders. Today, I went to order three cups of coffee. The staff who took my order didn’t seem welcoming or cheerful at all. They didn’t even ask for my name. After that, they prepared the orders and placed the cups on the counter one by one, calling out the names. I received two cups and waited for a while. In the meantime, several customers who arrived after me received their orders—about four or five people—while I was still standing there waiting. The staff didn’t ask me anything, just glanced at me. So, I told them I was still waiting for one more cup. The staff member just went back to work, and more customers received their orders. Eventually, I decided to ask where my order was. At first, I thought they were waiting on something, so I didn’t ask earlier. But in the end, I found out that my cup had been sitting inside on the counter from the beginning. It was a very disappointing experience at this branch. The staff didn’t communicate with each other or the customers, and there wasn’t even an apology or any words spoken at all.

Is this a Starbucks or the official avian hospitality centre of Melbourne? It is because based on my most recent caffeine-seeking expedition, I am no longer certain.

Let me be painfully specific. I entered this establishment with the modest expectation of acquiring a coffee and a sandwich, which, given this is Starbucks, means paying a premium equivalent to renting an apartment in 1993. That’s fine , I understand the economics of global branding, espresso machines, and overpriced biscotti. What I don’t understand is why I was also charged a psychological toll in the form of wildlife-induced trauma.

Moments after collecting my sandwich and settling in with my coffee, a baby sparrow yes, an actual living, flapping, avian organism dive-bombed my table like it was re-enacting a deleted scene from Top Gun: Bird Edition. Startled, I flinched (as any sane, caffeine-deficient human would), and in that elegant chaos, my entire coffee cup toppled like a tragic caffeine-based Jenga tower.

And what was the staff’s solution to this catastrophic breach of personal space and gravity? “Sir, you can sit at the other table.” Oh, brilliant. I wasn’t aware the solution to avian harassment was relocation. What’s next? Offer the sparrow a loyalty card and a Frappuccino?

Now let’s address the actual architectural crime that allows this avian infiltration: the door left perpetually open, like a standing invitation to every bird within a 1-kilometre radius. Newsflash: humans possess the motor skills to open doors. We are not confused by push or pull. There is no need to create a 24/7 drive-thru for pigeons, sparrows, or the occasional rogue crow. And while you’re at it, perhaps consider that leaving the door open also lets in dust, smoke, and the full spectrum of air pollutants courtesy of Elizabeth Street’s finest traffic congestion.

This is not a cafĂ©. This is a wildlife observation post with Wi-Fi. If I wanted to sip lukewarm coffee while engaging in evasive maneuvers against feathered torpedoes, I’d set up a picnic in the middle of a zoo aviary.

Starbucks, your brand is supposed to stand for consistency, quality, and a safe corner for caffeine-fueled productivity. Instead, I left with stained jeans, elevated cortisol levels, and a new fear of chirping sounds.

Avoid this location at all costs, unless you are a birdwatcher with no taste buds and a high tolerance for nonsense. The rest of us deserve a coffee shop, not an avian-themed prank show.

Decent Starbucks, I’ve ordered a couple times from here normally is quite good however, I’m upset to find that you can’t order online or from Uber eats the pumpkin iced chai latte only the regular one, not even pumpkin cold foam, still ordered there iced chai & a delicious pumpkin spice donut that I definitely recommend, had to make my own pumpkin cream at home for it though, the iced chai wasn’t made as good this time, tasted watery since it took an hour to deliver while I had paid extra for it to come faster, not sure why it’s so expensive ordering though took 30 minutes for them to prepare just a drink & donut then extra time with delivery, still got it & enjoyed making a fall theme drink, just wish they add to the online menu pumpkin iced chai latte or pumpkin cold foam. đŸŽƒâ˜•ïžđŸ‚

The blonde hair guy with glasses is very rude. He gave the wrong coffee and he argued instead of apologizing. Then he did my coffee again and just left it on the counter without saying anything. I took the coffee and said thank you and he didn't even said anything and just staring at the coffee machine. It's not hard to do their coffee since everything is automatic and is not even busy that time with just 4-5.coffee orders.

It's a Starbucks - so it's a personal preference if you like their coffee / drinks , I like some of their drinks.

However staff need to work on cleaning the tables or having more bins so patrons can help throw their stuff out, I ended up using the bin behind the counter

Also have to do something about all the birds that come in too. I suppose that's why you don't have many bins around

Go up
