Service was so fast and food/drink very good. There was a sweet lady on the drive through who was very nice and smiling.

20 minutes before close, my husband and I went to the Starbucks drive through, to order an iced latte and a hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows. The young employee on the prompter greeted us by asking us to wait every few minutes for unknown reasons (totalling a 5 minute delay before we even placed our order). After the young employee struggled to hear our order, asking multiple++ times for us to repeat the order (maybe something to do with the prompter) but eventually our order was placed and we drove to the first window to pay. The staff confirmed with us our order before taking payment- the order was missing the marshmallows but instead of correcting the order we just accepted the minor deviation and paid.

We then went to the next window to collect our drinks. We waited a very long time for our drinks until an employee said that they had turned the coffee machine off for the night. Another Starbucks employee tried convincing me to take a concocted drink made with different ingredients that she had access too, I said that I would just have a hot chocolate same as my husband, but they couldn’t make a hot chocolate either as that uses the coffee machine too. I’m not sure what her plan was to make for my husband’s alternative drink as a hot chocolate was not an option for him. By this time we decided to just asked for a refund. The employee did ask if we would like a free drink as she had already started making something- but also asked if we would pay for the free drink. We just wanted the refund.

They couldn’t process the refund on the eftpos machine and left to come back a few minutes later with a cash refund.

It was a strange encounter every step of the way but one of the Starbucks employees offered us a Christmas biscuit which was nice.

Stopped here for a quick coffee and snacks on our Sunday bike ride. Well run, efficient staff, and a wide range of snacks, food and drinks. Not a super fan of Starbucks coffee, but drinkable. Indoor dining seating, off street carpark adjacent.

They charged me 8.5AUD, but the Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino was 50% off,they did not give me a refund for this item.

Great store. Very polite staff. However, if there are a bunch of students taking up 4 seater tables on their own, seating becomes limited very fast. Don't mind business meetings they usually come and go quickly, but sometimes the students stay for hours.

So I pull up in the starbucks drive thru excited for my Brown sugar iced shaken expresso with 1 pump of vanilla and vanilla sweet cream but imagine the horror I felt when I realised I just received straight up milk… Genuinely how do you forget the most important part of the drink THE COFFEE? Pissed me off DO BETTER! 1st pic is what I just received its literally just milk NO COFFEE. 2nd pic is how its supposed to look. To whoever made my drink im praying on ur downfall I hope both sides of ur pillow is warm actually ruined my whole day

Worst Coffee in Logan !!
I’ve tasted some of the worst coffee imaginable from various places around the world, but I have to say that Starbucks Logan has truly set a new low for me. The coffee is overly milky and bland, lacking any real flavor or character. It’s as though the essence of what coffee should be has been completely lost.

To make matters worse, the overall customer experience leaves a lot to be desired. It feels as though the entire franchise is run by young kids who lack both knowledge and passion for coffee and customer service. From the person taking the order to those preparing and serving the coffee, the service is lackluster at best. There’s a noticeable indifference toward customers, and it’s painfully obvious that the employees are simply going through the motions, working for a paycheck without any genuine care for the quality of the product or the customer’s experience.

The lack of attention to detail and disregard for creating an enjoyable experience makes it hard to justify ever going back. For a brand of its stature, Starbucks should hold itself to a much higher standard.

Would never go back there again!
