Ordered a latte, full of forth no taste at all. Asked to remake and lady said- “Skinny milk froth a-lot” . Then again got a new coffee with milk only no coffee at all. Please train your staff how to make a coffee and accept the mistake and not to be rude with customers when they are not happy with their orders that they have paid. I am not that who complains all the time and not a fussy coffee drinker but this time the rudeness that staff’s presented forced me to write this.

Stopped in for for coffee this morning, first thing that got my attention whilst waiting in line was a staff member came out from the back whilst drinking a beverage from your shop then proceeded to tie up her hair and then proceeded to take sandwiches out of the sandwich toaster without washing her hands. Then when ordering I'd asked for a large iced coffee and when I seen latte on screen I asked if there was a difference between iced coffee and iced latte, she proceeded to tell me that it was just ice and coffee and due to English not being the workers native language I had to get my partner to explain the order. Whilst we was waiting for our order my partner asked another worker about the iced coffee and she was rude and full of attitude whilst telling my partner they are both the same. I also ordered a large cappuccino, now last time I checked that cappuccinos had a light dusting chocolate this one did not. I think a lot of your staff need to be retrained in food saftey, communicating with customers and making coffee

Massive thank you to the staff who are always so kind, patient and efficient (even though I have a painfully complicated order).

I wasnt always on the Starbucks bandwagon, but I am converted, I love the consistency in taste and quality 🙂
The kids love it too, such a great little treat.

I went through the drive through at about 11:30am, the blonde lady with the headset was so careless with her customer service. Not only was she impatient, she didn’t ask drink preferences. Please do better.

The tall iced coffee is smaller than a tall cappucino. Different cups. Plus hardly any fluid mostly ice !Friendly and efficient service buy gee whiz watching all the hair flying around, hanging over their eyes and into their faces.. and perhaps falling into food or whipped cream on top of drinks! - is actually concerning !! What ever happened to hair nets when serving making food and drinks for consumption Bring back hygiene please !!

Always get my coffee from there and the lovely lady that serves me every morning is hilarious “dark and bold like me” so cute. Always fast service and tastes good. The barista drew a cute little picture on my cup. It’s the small things that go a long way. I wish I got their names

My experience just now: Grumpy staff. No appreciation or thanks. Coffee lukewarm. Floor is dirty too, litter everywhere, spills. Feels run down. This place used to be good, will be a long time before I come back. Shame to have to write this.

So I stopped in to this Starbucks December wearing my Knotfest 2023 tank top. The barista asked me if I was going to Knotfest 2024 and I told him I probably wouldn't as I couldn't justify the price for the line up. Barista informed me that he was going for Wage War who are apparently a really good band. I listened to wage war based on his recommendation and what do you know. Fantastic band. So the coffee ended up costing me a little over $250 but well and truely worth it. Great festival and I think the coffee was pretty good too.
