I regularly visit multiple Brisbane and Gold Coast locations, and usually, everything is great - super-friendly staff, fast service, and clean store/bathrooms. This store was different - the bathrooms were not clean, and one was out of toilet paper. The staff were friendly enough, but they looked like they'd rather be not serving us all. And they made the drinks in an odd order - instead of fulfilling each order fully as they went, they made one drink from one order, another from another and back and forth, causing the longest wait we've ever had. There were 4 customers in store and 1 in the drive thru that I saw, but with 4 staff on duty that shouldn't have all been an issue - I've seen store with less staff out the front work more efficiently and be more friendly before. One of the staff also had a frappe from McDonald's sitting just behind the counter, which was odd. All in all, we'll give this store a miss next time we're passing through.

I all visit this Starbucks, and as always, it was a fantastic experience! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax, work, or catch up with friends. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ensuring my order is just right. The quality is consistent, and my drinks are always flavorful and perfectly brewed. Starbucks truly sets the standard for a great coffee experience! Highly recommend. And their iced matcha is my favourite. Once again all the staff are the best

When open it's great, but lately they have been closing hours early. Showed up today with an online 8pm close time, at 528pm to see a sign saying closing at 530pm. Other people and me a total of 7 customers turned away because of an undisclosed early time to close that you only see when you arrive

I come here every second Saturday when I swim laps at Bribie, as we don’t have a Starbucks around Maroochydore. The tall guy with the beard(I should know his name) looks like the guy who holds the place together. Might not always come across approachable but I’m not good with people either and that could be my fault. it would get very stressful with the drive thru. And you deal with a lot of idiots in retail and hospitality, as I work in retail. Only ever once had a bad coffee and that guy wasn’t rostered on funny enough.
I’m allergic to eggs and they have Blueberry and orange poppy seed muffins that are eggless. Thanks again, Jordan.

The service is always great but the drinks are hit or miss….we buy a lot of Iced Peppermint Mocha’s around Christmas time but this year they have been horrible. They are constantly missing the crushed peppermint candy canes and chocolate sauce. Such a let down after waiting all year.

I ordered 2 beverages via mobile order, and we were the only one who didnt receive the coffee- and our order apparently was just sitting on the table for drive side, not even trying to call our name whatsoever - we had to drink ice-melt ice latte

As with all Starbucks, the lady who served my was very happy and bubbly. She made an amazing white chocolate mocha frappacino for me. My blueberry Muffin was moist and delicious as always.
Finally found my smoothie cup I have been searching for also during my trip.
