I have been going to Jess for my lashes & brows for nearly two years now. She always does an absolutely impeccable job and her lashes, unlike so many others, look very natural. Today, I went to Jess for a new treatment. Something I’ve never seen done before. The experience, in short, is a facial, neck & shoulder massage & hair treatment / head spa. I have honestly never experienced anything more amazing! If you are stressed, tired, need some self care & pamper, Jess is the person to see! She is so kind, caring & welcoming & I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Jess is an eyelash magician! I have been getting my lashes done with her for over 2 years and highly recommend her work. She is 100% every time, and you can just tell she loves what she does. What a little gem of a boutique. Jess and staff were just lovely. I booked for a classic lashes set as a practice model for the morning. The young lady was so gentle I swear I fell asleep. Process obviously took a little longer than normal as she was practising. However, it was a lovely experience. Super cosy upstairs boutique in the centre of Launceston. Wonderful guidance and support by owner/operator Jess, giving the space a calm, relaxed environment. My lashes came out amazing, I've had no fall out even after a week. Was very happy with the result the girls were able to provide for me on the day.

The atmosphere was calm & soothing, the perfect escape & a much-needed break from my busy life with little kids - true mum pamper sesh 😂🙈 The treatment itself was amazing—I left feeling refreshed and completely recharged.
