Tucked away in a charming alleyway, this hidden gem of a coffee shop in Hobart is truly a delightful discovery. As a discerning coffee aficionado, finding a spot that impresses me is no easy feat, but this place exceeded all expectations.

The moment I laid eyes on the impressive coffee equipment, I had a feeling this would be something special. And I was right. The coffee here is hands down the best takeaway brew I've had in a long while. The use of quality alternative milks is a refreshing touch that sets this place apart.

Apart from the fantastic coffee, the welcoming and friendly atmosphere created by Jeannie and Phil made my experience even more enjoyable. Their warmth and hospitality added an extra layer of charm to the visit, making me feel right at home. And let's not forget the adorable doggos that frequent the place - a true testament to the inviting ambiance.

While waiting for my coffee, I couldn't help but admire the vibrant graffiti murals that adorned the walls, adding a quirky and artistic touch to the overall vibe of the place.

In conclusion, this coffee shop has earned its title as the "best coffee in Hobart" in my books. This cafe is a must try. The strawberry matcha was such good quality and the strawberry tasted so fresh. Their bagels always hit the spot. Such a wide range of sweet treats there is definitely something for every one. You will not regret going.

Absolutely slammed? Coffee is ALWAYS perfect; staff always warm and professional; snacks are delectable and different from the usual offerings - try the Rocky Road, or the protein bites - all actually hand made. There are so many reasons Staple is my all time favourite - one I recommend to my entire interstate and international family and friends. Plus Phil is always up for a game of cricket in the lane!

Best takeaway coffee I’ve had in a very long time. I am a complete and utter coffee snob, very rarely get a coffee from a cafe that’s better than I can manage at home, when I was walking past I had a sixth sense that the coffee was going to be good, they had excellent equipment, so I grabbed a coffee and wasn’t disappointed. 100% recommended.
