Really impressed with everything on offer at this hotel. Our rooms were great, (Mum and Dad in one and Brother and I in another). Love the huge window looking out over the city. Breakfast was well worth including with the room and made for an easy start each day. Location is perfect for the Glenelg Jetty, trams and many restaurants and shops to check out right where you are. ||The cocktail lounge off the front lobby is amazing! Great vibes and comfy setting. ||Front desk staff were really impressive when I needed to organize something in a short amount of time. Also big thanks to Levi for his friendly and helpful service with the bags. Felt very pampered.

Best hotel experience I've had. Very friendly service, pool and spa were perfect. Dinner and breaky was delicious with a great view too. Comfy bed and the best shower products and moisturiser. I loved being able to open the windows a little bit to listen to the ocean.

We go a couple of times a year, mainly for the view, Beachouse and Mama Carmela's Pizza whilst watching the Sun go down. Staff are always friendly, good carparking and price. Check in and Departure times are really good. The rooms themselves just need bit of an update and a welcoming smell when you walk in. The seats available need a comfort upgrade but the beds were comfy despite the odd stains this time. A great night away and nice weather always welcome.

The service was excellent! Our room was cleaned thoroughly, and we were pleasantly surprised with a greeting note and chocolates. The staff at the front desk and door were consistently warm and welcoming.

The location is fantastic. From the lobby, you can enjoy stunning seaside sunsets, and the view from our room window was equally breathtaking. It’s also very convenient to find a variety of food options just steps away on the nearby streets.

I spent a week in the hotel, including car parking. Had a top floor room but the city view. There was an enormous storm the first few days and there was a fair bit of banging going on from the wind, to be expected.||The food in the restaurants was fabulous, enjoyed everything I ate there.||The room was pretty comfortable and had everything you would expect. ||The staff were very helpful when I needed help with an issue.||Great position to be centralised in Glenelg, plenty on offer in the area.

I'd like to publicly thank Stamford for their AMAZING customer service.||Unfortunately, I'd had surgery the day prior and was experiencing a bit of pain. Plus, not being allowed to lift anything. The team realising this, kicked into action! Grabbed my bags, pushed my suitcase etc.||The concierge Levi, a new starter at the Stamford of only two weeks; is one of the most affable, kind-hearted souls that I've met. His demenaour is friendly, professional, caring and understanding. This young man has such a bright future ahead of him. Be brilliant Levi! I'm very proud of you.||Plus another shout-out to Yogi (last night's duty manager). The definition of professional.||Plus, just now whilst writing this review the lovely house-cleaning lady, Mi. She knocked ont he door to see if I needed anything. ||The team goes well out of their way to ensure you have the best stay you can possibly imagine.||Ever time I come to Adelaide now, I know where myself and my wife will be staying. The moment we arrived we were greeted with excellent staff, thanks to the man at the desk as he is so friendly. When we went to the elevators, we were informed that they had a better idea. They upgraded us to an Ocean View Room on Floor 11, which was amazing, we were originally going to a city view room on Floor 8. Our room was amazing, with a big room and comfortable beds. We had no problems, and we will definitely be back.

Looking out to sea or to the mountains, the view is always grand. Comfortable beds, well equipped bathrooms and great gym. Loved the heated pool, when heating the spa is good (but i think children under 10 shouldn't be allowed in) but sauna is a bit blah. An easy access pricelist in the room for the minibar would be good. Staff are very courteous and helpful. I enjoy staying here.
