Well appointed very comfortable apartment with all the facilities.
Presented very clean.

The bed was very comfortable with good hanging space. WiFi available which was good for what I needed.

I was alerted to a charge on my credit card I didn't authorise.

I called the hotel and requested they cancel the booking and notify the police. I gave all information and explained this was a fraudulent booking, which they accepted.

Hotel cited procedures, refused to cancel booking, refused to contact police, didn't call bank to check what action to take.

Refused to take any action and allowed these criminals to enjoy their stolen holiday, even after accepting the charges were fraudulent. Although I'm personally protected by insurance, not hard to request sighting of the card used for the booking and proof of ID.

However I’ve let the bank investigation team know I alerted this hotel to the fraud, with any luck the bank won’t process that payment and the hotel can wear the costs of allowing this.

The rooms are large and comfortable but could do with someone doing some maintenance on the kitchen cupboards which are all out of adjustment. No A/C in the bedrooms would be awful in summer, bar downstairs no longer operating and breakfast over the road is a bit average

We stayed a few nights after our house was flooded. The room was excellent but the room service was so bad. First day I had to ring to reception in the afternoon as our bath mats were taken away and not replaced. The bed was not made up. Next day, the towels were not replaced even though we left them on the floor. Apart from that, all was good.

Brilliant! Love the location, Love the rooms, Love the secure car park. Highly recommend this place. We’re already booked again. The Chinese restaurant is an absolute must do and the little bar is a nice quiet spot to unwind with a cold beer at the end of the day. Much appreciated.

Just came back from spending the weekend in Brisbane for a family wedding. The service and accommodation was great. We Stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and couldn't get over the space we had. The only issue I would say is the parking. Only a limited spot to park. Coming back late there was no guest parking left and had to park outside. Can't understand why each unit should have their own spot. But besides that would recommend staying here. Will be staying there again.

bp springwood..not a desirable place to sleep at 02 00 am Sunday morning female....
