I enjoyed it. Was a clean room, and the beds were so comfy! Not many motels will offer you that haha
Surprisingly quiet considering it's ground level.
Odd location, almost seems hidden off the road but it's close to everything you need. Overall very nice and simple.

This place is disgusting! The people running this place are con artists. Multiple people staying here have dealt with these guys trying to charge extras for ridiculous items like matks on bedding and towels. The rooms are full of cockroaches and ants. So gross. Stay somewhere else!

Booked a two bed family room 6 months ago. Showed up and room was not available. Room we ended with slept 3 and was a single room. We are a family of 4. We had to argue just to get a trundle bed added and a part refund. Also the part refund we got didn’t even cover the cost difference between the two rooms. Receptionist rang the manager who seemed totally disinterested.

I was booked here for a month and they kicked me out just cause I went for a walk and left the room cause I was stressed and needed to go for a walk. I honestly don’t get these people I get yelled at as I’m going to turn in the keys demanding me to never go back there that’s fine I don’t plan on it. Despite being yelled at I remained calm as they were yelling at me and as I walked off I felt rage but I was calm about it hopped in my car and left. Never coming back here again.

Springwood Motor Inn great location. Check-in  was easy. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Entering the room, it was nice and spacious, well presented and clean. The bed felt comfortable and made for a good night sleep, also one of the wall mounted lights next to the bed was not working. Opposite the bed was a large TV for entertainment. There is also a private outdoor seating area that you can access through the sliding door. In the entrance opposite the bathroom, you will find a small fridge, coffee/tea maker, and a microwave oven. The bathroom while spacious would greatly benefit from a higher cleaning standard specially the shower screens which had signs of mould around the bottom, on top of that the liquid soap dispensers should be checked more regularly as the conditioner was empty. Also, it appears that one-half of the shower screen wasn't installed correctly. There was a big gap at the bottom of the shower screen. When showering, there was always a lot of water escaping onto the bathroom floor. The bath towels didn't feel as soft as what we experienced in other hotels.

This is a nice hotel, we originally booked 3 nights, but we added a fourth.|Easy access to and from the M1. Shopping centre nearby. Movie theatre within approx 7km. Microwave in room. |Hubs went for a walk and found a great nearby cafe where he returned with breakfast the first day and we went there the next day too. Chillax Cafe it is called.|We enjoyed their pool. Later in the day check-in for us and we had no problems accessing their key box and retrieving our room key. Laundry facilities and clothes horse in the room. Nice outdoor seating area. We'd book it again when in the area.

Absolutely disgusting rude staff threatening on the phone at 11am to cancel our booking because we weren’t there but they don’t let us check in until 2 pm!!! When we got there at 4pm she demanded a paid $100 deposit and ID so she could report us to the police if we broke anything!!! Disgusting we walked out. Her reply, that’s fine go somewhere else!!! NEVER stay here!!
