Amazing place to stay for the price point. Super central, great pool and view. Rooms basic but clean and staff very helpful. 20 minute walk to Suncorp stadium, and 20 minute walk to the valley

Great for the price. Great Central location. I had only amenities that you would need for a nice week. Stay air conditioning was filthy though and customer service is well. There wasn't any but had a great stay

In Feb. 2025 we stayed at Spring Hill Mews for 8 nights and this proved to be a good choice. It is so central to both Central & Roma st. railway stations &, hence, access to the airport line, the Air train, & so close to the city centre. It is quite steep in many parts of Brisbane which I didn't realise & it wasn't till day 3 that we accidentally discovered the Spring Hill loopbus which proved to be an excellent link between the lower parts of Brissy & Spring Hill Mews with frequent buses. Highly recommended to save your calves & help with luggage!

The owner or operator was obliging in letting us drop off our luggage early but we never saw the office open again in the 8 days, despite coming & going at different times. We also noted there was a call-out cost (or similar) for asking questions or having any problems with the apartment so we were careful not to have any sort of issues.

The unit/apartment was quite a good size, comfortable & the appliances we used all worked. It was useful having our own washing machine but we didn't try the drier. The kitchen was adequately equipped apart from the little glass coffee plunger which was broken on the bottom & leaked. The bed was comfortable & the air conditioner & fans worked fine. We didn't try the pool either because it wasn't whale watching time!! It was also very quiet at night which was unexpected, given it's location. There is a small supermarket close by and larger ones in central Brissy close to the Loop bus stops so easy to get groceries & supplies.

If you are looking for a no-fuss place to stay in central Brissy for a modest cost and good links to the city, the airports, and public transport I would recommend it. It is 3 to 4 stars, 3 stars because it is a little bit dated, but so what? Well worth considering in my humble opinion.

Booked this place on their website, and a week later still had no confirmation one way or the other, tried phoning after hours but got nowhere as call was redirected to someone who couldn't help, tried again today only to get what appeared to be an answer phone in an Asian language, no help at all, wouldn't book again as still don't know where we are at and have a reservation number

Absolutely putrid! I checked in late only to be greeted with unwashed bedding and towels. So I had to wash everything before I could even rest for the night. Everything was filthy. They state the apartments are serviced once a week but it was obvious no cleaners had stepped foot in the apartment for weeks. Mold and hair all through the bathroom. Floors throughout were disgusting, couldn’t walk around without shoes on. There was dirty mugs and cutlery in the sink. Just stay somewhere else. Anywhere is better than here. ZERO STARS

The shower continually dribbled, some lights didn’t work, kitchen dirty,|Position was OK (near my medical appointment), but hilly. Everything needs a good makeover. Don’t go if you have a heavy suitcase, it’s on the side of a hill and apartments have stairs.

The hotel kettle and toaster is a little bit dirty, and the still has some cigarette butts at the balcony.But the space is pretty big so maybe not bad overall.

Unit 8, very bloody ordinary, no water pressure, wife couldn't wash hair, not clean and property managers didnt care. The best part was when we weren't there, such a shame.
