Went there with boyfriend for a short Brisbane trip. Excellent location, close to everything. It is clean and cosy. We really enjoyed the tropical garden there which is rare in City. Staff were very friendly and suggested a lot of places to go. Great value for money.

Staff was ever so freindly and helpful. Explaned my son's father was a tad fussy but we understand it is an old building. Lovely man showed me the room and I found no faults clean comfortable and all you need and more for a comfortable stay for my son and his father. Price Soo reasonable, I will make this there regular place to stay also only 5 mins if that walk to Woolworths and more. Thankyou.

While not the plushest of places to stay, and admittedly somewhat dated, I still choose Spring Hill Gardens Apartments as my go-to place to stay when visiting Brisbane. Why? Because you get a split-level home with all the facilities, rather than just a hotel room. Because there is ample underground parking (for a reasonable additional cost), and because it's a few minutes' work to downtown Brisbane.||Though my unit was next to the main road, noise was never an issue, since it's not a busy road. The eleven apartment blocks are set in a small but leafy tropical garden. Wifi is free though not the speediest. These are serviced apartments, not hotel rooms, so you make your own bed between weekly bedding changes, which suits me just fine.||Service was friendly and helpful. I'll be back.

The garden surroundings are lovely. It's also quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city which is quite close by. It's not far to walk down to the river and take the river walk to some nice restaurants at Eagle Pier etc. The apartment is very comfortable, although we found the beds not so good. The apartment is also looking a little shabby, but everything we needed was available. I would recommend it.

I stayed at Spring Hill for 3 weeks and Im SO happy I came across this place! Lovely room, easy walking distance to everything. The room had everything I needed in the kitchen, in room laundry, huge balcony and the pool was great. Sue was so helpful from when I rang to book right the way through til after I left. 100% recommend Spring Hill if you are visiting Brisbane =)

We booked this so called 'gorgeous apartment' via Airbnb and even though the location was good, this was a total misrepresentation! we just couldn't believe the filth and meanness of the place and management. The pictures tell the story, from dust and dirt everywhere to fat dripping from the top of the microwave and used tissues and dirt behind the bedroom door. We honestly wished we could have walked out. We asked Management if the cleaner could come and clean the floors at least but were told that the soonest that could be done was at 10pm. They did however drop off 2 wine glasses as there were only 2 there for a group of four of us staying…We paid $180 for one night and would recommend you spend your money on accommodation elsewhere.

I think I just walked past this place Joo, 3-4 times trying to find the joint, and then remember the last time id frequented these tiled stairs I was the ripe young age of 18. Nearly 30yrs ago!!
