I’ve never been so disappointed at so many aspects of a dining experience in an Australian casino.
I’ve been here a few times now and it’s always the same.
Long lines to place an order, long wait for the food to be “cooked” and a tasteless result at the end.
Unfortunately the other option at this casino is the Quarterdeck bar where the lines and wait times are equally as long. But the food quality is higher.
Avoid at all costs if you can.
The image provided is of gnocchi. Just horrible. Probably microwaved.

Over an hour to receive our lunch of steak sandwich and meatball sub. Had to approach staff about delays and still took another 20 minutes to receive food. During this time I could see that the steak sandwich was sitting under the hot lights so when the meatball sub was finally served the bread on the sandwich was dry and the chips were also dry and tasteless. It appeared that the staff meals were more important than the customers. Overall a very poor experience.

200gm Rump steak with beer battered chips and lil salad with mushroom gravy. Part of Spin Cafes weekly specials. Only $10.90 just 1 of many awesome meal options also a great variety of cakes and slices with a range of dietary options inc vegetarian or gluten free. Always friendly staff with fast service during busy times.

Got to the cafe at 11.35 and all the tables were covered with previous diners plates, so we went back twenty minutes later to order, the tables were still in the same state, so we left. Spin Cafe, lift your game!

Horrible service. Abrupt.Not a smile in sight.
Had to hunt around to get a jug of water for myself. Yes they gave me instructions on getting it myself and no actual service. Wouldn't spend another cent there. The bacon on the wrap was 90% fatty rind. Just awful. Was told the coffees were good though. Big deal.

Not Casino worthy for sure. Service was super slow, the food took quiet a while despite it was said that there was no wait ... when the food finally arrived it was nice and fresh. Wouldn't go back.

Not terrible but also not the best in this venue. Visited twice and both times found limited vege options (especially with the pizza not being available) & abrupt servers who weren't too interested in letting you know if there were alternatives. The tables didn't seem to be cleaned either. Cheap food so I guess you get what you pay for.

Poor quality overcooked salmon, certainly not worthy of casino standard amd inferior to a pub meal. Took 30 minutes to arrive.
