“Dropped in” to Spa World at Tweed Heads NSW, Service Rep Nick was very patient and accomodating, allowing us to browse and lounge in the showroom spas, even though we made it clear that ‘browsing would not turn to purchasing’ well…What a great approach, because we ended up purchasing! Nick was available for all our many questions throughout the process, service after purchase from sales team was fantastic and delivery team provided friendly, professional and efficient service, the whole process from start to finish with Spa World was exceptional.

Nick was AMAZING!
He had incredible product knowledge and was really personable. There was nothing that was too hard and nothing was a problem for him. He managed all our expectations and then some.

We initially went to Spa World and spoke with Nick who was very informative and friendly. The time (finally) came to make the purchase and we received the same friendly, professional service we had 6 months prior. Communication from Spa World has been wonderful from the day we placed our order right through the delivery process. Our spa is coming from interstate, and we cannot wait for the first time we get to use it. Thanks to Nick and all the team. UPDATE… it has now been 9 days since we took delivery of our spa. We contacted them as soon as the delivery guys left and informed them that we didn’t get the spare filters we ordered. This was rectified really quickly. While we were filling it (on delivery day) we noticed 3 decent sized scratches on the spa and eventually that the spa was leaking. We called back and we’re told not to use a sealant as ‘it may void our warranty’. Someone would get back to me about the scratches as well as the leak within 3 days. Last week I received an email saying someone would be in touch about the leak… still waiting - also not a word about the scratches. My phone calls ring out until message bank gets them and my ‘contact’ at customer care never calls back. Turns out, I am going to put sealant on the part that is leaking and if they try to void my warranty, I will take them to ACCC for selling me a defective product and not doing anything about it.

Called into Spa World Tweed Heads showroom on Sunday 08/01 and met Nick. He understood what we're looking for and answered our questions clearly. One thing I DID like was there was no 'hard sell'. He walked us through everything and was very professional about it. Based on that initial conversation, I would definitely recommend people go to your Tweed Heads showroom and chat with this delightful young man.

I recently visited Spa World, and was greeted by Ashleigh, whom had a great depth of knowledge of the different variety of Spa's available. She was extremely helpful and efficient and no question was unanswered. I cannot wait to come back and purchase a Spa, once my partner and I have completed renovation's on our home.
