We were searching for a small sized but powerful hydrotherapy spa. Naturally with excitement about owning Spa, we had so many questions... Like which spa would be best suited for our needs, how to maintain, delivery etc.

Charlie was very patient to answer all the questions we had with tons of his knowledge.

We ordered on Saturday 14.June. So far, our experience with Charlie has been so pleasant and professional. We would highly recommend.

Updates: the information packs they have sent in between the sale and the delivery have been really helping me understand how it is like owning a spa. Very helpful.

And also the updates on the estimated delivery date are very helpful.

However, at the sale point, we were told that we would get the spa by middle of August or possibly earlier but I got a message saying it will be late August to come to the shop which means we might get it more likely September.
The status updates are absolutely better than nothing, though it is still a bit disappointing. So I lowered the rating to 4 for now.

We will continue providing updates on the rest of the process.

I can't speak highly enough of Charlie at Spa World, Warners Bay. My wife & I had visited several spa retailers before meeting Charlie. We were impressed by his professionalism, honesty & integrity.
Our spa has been installed now for almost 3 years. I popped into see Charlie unannounced regarding some minor warranty issues. Charlie remembered me & immediately lodged a claim on my behalf.
I left the store completely confident & satisfied, in addition to some complimentary products.
Definitely see Charlie at Spa World, Warners Bay before buying a pool or spa elsewhere. You won't be disappointed. Thanks so much for your service.
