I purchased a vortex neon. Mal and Vaughan installed our spa; they were great at setting it up and giving us detailed instructions. Happy to report its running smoothly and we are loving it! I've recently purchased Fisher swimspa from the wonderful guys at Tankworld/spaworld. From start to finish, has been seamless and with great backup support. Their conceriage centre and delivery department give all the advice and set up requirements and always happy to assist. Having the facility to have my water tested and then advised on what treatment is required takes all the thinking away from me, I just follow the instructions.
A big thanks to Mal ...your patience and advice outstanding. Thanks guys, I am a very happy owner.
Oh and BTW we also have brought our water tanks from these guys, another feather in their cap.

The team at Pool and Spa World did an excellent job at installing and setting up our new spa. We had a quite long wait for our vortex neon, seemingly exacerbated by placing the order in the last couple of months of the year. The information around and physical delivery went without a hitch, assisted ably by our builders on site. The one hiccup upon install was a gland nut leak which was quickly rectified by Mal with a call back within a couple of hours of initial setup of the heat pump unit. Overall excellent delivery and service with really helpful explanations of use, water quality etc.

I would like to thank Paul and Mal from pool and spa world Glenorchy for their fast, friendly and efficient service. I had an issue with the drain cap on my spa. I rang and spoke with Paul and within 1 hour Mal the technician had fixed my problem. Thank you so much I appreciate your help.

Recently purchased the Vortex Nitro, and from Sales to Spa setup, process ran smoothly. We had a difficult sight to work with and Mal came out and accessed our options. He went out of his way to make sure that we could put the spa in place in the most cost-effective way. I supplied the muscle - 9 college boys and he lead/directed them beautifully to get our Spa up the steep hill, in the wet and in place. The setup of spa and service from Mal has been brilliant. Nothing is an issue, any questions and support needed - just call me. His advice has been great and it great to know he and the Spa World team will be there to support. Thankyou and did I mention the Spa is fantastic!!!
