Spa World has lots of spa options and Lillian was friendly and helpful, showing us all the options and extra. She took time to explain the differences and value of add-ons like UV filtering so we could make an informed choice that worked for our needs. We really appreciated her approach, patience and focus of what we needed rather than normally salesperson push to just "make the sale". It's the little things that matter and the higher quality is worth the little bit extra cost. Lillian made us feel like valued customers from the first minute. Fred Kalache knows his spa’s and we felt confident in getting the best product and price when we see him. We bought a spa off him 5 years ago and didn’t hesitate going straight back to Spa World and finding Fred again. We bought a new model for our new house with confidence that we were being well looked after. Don’t get ripped off by other cheep claims . Get something that will last.

My rating was going to be worse but I’ve given it thought and we’ll here we are. read to end

Buying the spa was super easy, maybe a little too easy ;). Staff helpful and they threw in a few extras. Cost for value has been good and the overall process has been good.

Delivery of the spa was annoying as the spa company contacted us multiple times requiring additional information. They could improve this process to streamline it. They will need measurements of all heights and widths of any gated area.

That said, once sorted delivery was easy and quick.

We did get a recommendation from Spa World for an electrician to install the required power outlet. I’d recommend shopping around or being very clear in what you want done.

If the electrician installs a ‘switch’ instead of a plug, then you won’t be able to move or rotate your spa at a later date without calling out an electrician again. Recommend a switch with outdoor water proof plug( see photo).

Lillian was fantastic she help us find the spa that would fit our family lifestyle. She was very honest and listened to our needs and have some amazing advice. She was absolutely amazing and would definitely recommend her!

Spa world is very customer oriented as they help you from the initial purchase all the way through to delivery then further onto after sales care to ensure that delivery went to plan and if there is anything wrong with the purchase. They are very communicating.

I recently visited Spa World Gregory Hills to inquire about purchasing a spa. I was greeted by Lilli, who was incredibly knowledgeable about the different types of spas available and their respective features. She took the time to understand my needs and goals, and she made several recommendations that were perfectly suited to me.

Lilli was also very patient and helpful as I asked her a ton of questions. She was able to answer all of my questions in a clear and concise way, and she never made me feel rushed or uninformed.

Ultimately, I decided to purchase a spa from Lilli, and I am so glad that I did. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, and she made sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase.

We first met Lilli in 2010 when we bought our first spa and she was so informative & lovely. We were confident we had made the right choice! Our spa is still going strong almost 13 years later but now with a new owner due to selling our home.
We were pleasantly surprised when walking into spa world at Gregory hills today on the hunt for a new spa for our new home! Lilli greeted us and to both our surprise we remembered each other! Again, Lilli was so helpful, friendly, kind, and made us feel so comfortable with her wealth of knowledge! Within 15 minutes of the first place we looked we had paid a deposit on our brand new spa! We were confident we didn’t need to look anywhere else knowing we were in good hands with Lilli. She did everything possible to give us the best deal she could.
