Spa world gave great service in the show room but when it came down to delivery the communication dried up, I asked for two weeks notifications before delivery but got 24 hours notification and then the delivery wasn’t complete again no communication that they didn’t have the steps in stock.
Also we got promised onsite training by the installation crew, didn’t happen.
I know these are little things, Communication isn’t hard.
Overall happy with the spa, the website is a Complicated when you’re looking for Pacific information.

Spa world at Mile End is the place you want to head to when purchasing your new spa.
3 years ago we purchased the 5 seater vortex from Steve & we couldn’t be happier!!!
We shopped around for a month or so but couldn’t fault Steve & Tom’s knowledge, price & customer service.
Steve even let us arrive one afternoon in our bathers before closing to test out the vortex, it only took us 10 minutes to tell Steve to please start our paperwork 😂

Dealt with Steve Whyte at the Mile and store. He was extremely patient with my husband and I. We had so many questions and were so confused. My hubby jumped in the spa, Steve showed him how the different jets worked, explained the cleaning process, we still left the store saying we needed to see other spas before making our decision, That we did, even using another spa, My hubby said it was no where near as good as spa world. We trotted back this time I had a spa and my mind was made up immediately. We are the proud owners of a vortex spa and absolutely live it. Mits the ,oat powerful spa I’ve ever used. Had Steve not been helpful and patient I would not have purchased from home,

We purchased our 5 seater Vortex Spa from Spa World Adelaide in 2020. It is an outside spa exposed to the elements.
It is used all year round, 38 degrees in winter and 28 degrees in summer. We have been extremely happy with the pre sale and post sale service from Tom and his team. They are very easy and pleasant to deal with and are very knowledgeable about their products and the industry. The spa is made of high quality materials and equipment, and has stood the test of time faultlessly. If you're in the process of looking at spas we thoroughly recommend you call in and see Tom and his team.

Steve & Tom are excellent - very knowledgeable & helpful. Showroom has a great range of display units & even a filled swim spa that you can trial! Very happy to order with them & we look forward to installing our swim spa in a few months.
