Maritha (Marica) at the Spa was amazing ! Best massage and facial I’ve ever had. Just the right pressure with her warm and gentle demeanour, I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. 10/10 Highly recommend ! I hope she received the tip I left with her manager

I had a spa package at the Spa & Sport in the hotel. The experience overall was great, despite it being busy with annoying kids. I went for a swim, and had access to the spa and sauna. I was given a robe and slippers for my facial/massage and Maria the masseuse did an amazing job at both.

The reason for my lower rating is that Spa & Sport are passing on employer costs to customers. There is an extra $25 fee on weekends and a $50 fee on public holidays.

I have a major problem with employers who can't pay staff penalty rates from their profit margin, and instead pass on the cost to customers. I would only go to this spa again during the week as a result.

Got the 70 minute package on Groupon (split 35 mins massage, 35 mins facial) for my girlfriend and I and it was amazing. I was able to book the couples room which was a bonus, the only negative would be that there was no couples sauna as it was situated in each of the change rooms, and there was no spa which may have been an oversight by me. Other than that, a top experience which we'd definitely do again!

The upper body massage was the highlight of the session. Becky's technique was not only relaxing but also therapeutic. She targeted areas of tension with precision, providing relief and leaving me feeling completely rejuvenated.

This is a review of Spa&Sport only not the hotel. All the staff were very friendly & efficient. The massage treatment was relaxing however the whole spa complex and it's treatment rooms are very dated. The women's change area had chipped & peeling paint & that was just on the entrance door. There is no hair condition supplied in the showers, only shampoo. No body lotion or deodorant either for visitors to the Spa external to the hotel. The location is excellent in downtown Sydney.

Booked my spa that was gifted to me from work and oh my gosh it was amazing. Want to mention Sophie from England who looked after me and did the treatment. Very friendly, professional and can have a nice conversation with. ? everyone was very kind and helpful. Would highly recommend this spa experience.

Best Spa!! What an amazing experience from the start to finish! Suzana replied to my email within minutes and was very friend and helpfule. When I arrived I was welcomed with a smile! Very relaxing spa, my treatments were done by Becky and she was amazing! I had a full body massage and facial which also came with a head massage! Then I spent the afternoon by the pool, feeling so relaxed! It was much needed after a stressful couple of weeks and I’ve already booked to go back!

As an avid spa goer, I thought my visits to Swissotel would be limited as I try various day spas including those in other hotels but I must concede they are the best of the best. From perfecting every small detail in the treatments from start to finish to the unparalleled holistic experience encompassing the rooftop pool (highly recommend!) and food offering, they are simply in a league of their own. The prices do reflect that but special offers make it all worthwhile - I’ll be back!
