Absolutely Amazing!! The best facial I have ever recieved. Natarsha is amazing, highly knowledgeable and treatment was in depth and thorough. Skin is glowing with instant results. ✨️ highly recommend and will be back!!

I was gifted an indulgence package voucher which I eventually used and I have to say it was the best massage I have ever had and I had some good ones in Bali. Kym used the exact pressure which I requested on the form we had to fill out beforehand. The experience was very relaxing, therapeutic and revitalising. The experience was well worth the money and it was certainly a great present.

booked my best friend in for a surprise birthday present, having never been here before, as soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by a lovely gentleman and offered a herbal tea or water, the service we received was absolutely lovely, my friend really enjoyed the whole experience of the spa and the staff were fabulous! offering her a full skin care routine after her treatments. Wouldn't go anywhere else after the service we received today! have already booked in again!

I had a pregnancy massage with Kym and I cannot send her enough praise! It was so welcoming, nourishing and relaxing! The whole experience from start to finish was beyond all of my expectations and I can’t wait to come back again!

Booked and paid for 1 hour pregnancy massage and only got about 35 minutes of massage. After having appointment time changed by the spa, arrived and was locked out for about 5 minutes even though arrived on time. They then had me sit down to wait while they set up the bed, finally started massage about 20 minutes into my appt and then stopped 5 minutes before the end of the appt to ‘talk’ was charged full price. Quality of massage was not good, understand it’s a relaxation massage but could have done so much more ie head/ face massage. They didn’t even touch the areas I mentioned on my preference sheet.
Walked away feeling really disappointed and robbed.

I had the most amazing massage and treatments at spa semiyahn , my therapist Kym put me into a state of total relaxation, it was heaven on earth.
I had a gorgeous massage and back exfoliation but the icing on the cake was my collagen face mask coupled with a Indian head massage, it was to die for.
I floated home, I’m all booked in for the next 2 months, can’t wait to do it all over again.
It was a truely divine experience.

Liars. Thieves.
My husband bought me a gift voucher in 2019 for Xmas. I didn't get to use it before the first lockdown. After that I was diagnosed with an illness. I completed a long treatment and then we went back into lockdown. Once we came out I called Spa Semiyahn to book some treatments. My voucher is still valid until 22nd Dec 2022. They straight up told me they won't honour it, it has been too long. I have had MULTIPLE calls ignored, promises to call me back, ignored text messages. Eventually I was told that I could book a treatment. Then I was told I needed a medical clearance. I organised this with my doctor for them to call or email to confirm. They never bothered. I tried calling again to see if I could make my appointment. Again, ignored. Then followed by a text asking me to give my credit card number (Why? My treatment was already paid for).
I text saying I wanted a refund. The next day they text back at 10:56am saying I could come to my 11am appointment. They gave me four minutes to get there. What is sad is that under the previous owners I had been there many times and gifted some vouchers to friends. After all I had been through I just wanted to relax and enjoy my gift I had waited so long for. Now they have my money and I guess they plan on keeping it. As far as I can see, they bought a business using the name of another's hard work and couldn't care less about the previous clients. It is a disgusting way to treat people and an awful way to run a business. I want my money back.
