I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the JW Marriott spa today! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and completely taken care of. A huge thank you to the manager, Stacey, for her attentive service and warm hospitality. And a special mention to Katina or Karina (apologies if I got the name slightly wrong!) – your skill and attention to detail made the massage experience truly exceptional. I had an extraordinary experience at Spa by JW today with Lady Leung and Lady Tyla. I chose to visit on a weekday to take advantage of their 15% weekday discount—definitely a great deal! This place is incredibly popular, so I highly recommend booking in advance; walk-ins are nearly impossible.

Lady Leung was exceptionally professional and attentive. Despite only meeting her twice, she already remembered my name—a small but meaningful touch that shows genuine care for clients.

This time, I booked a hydration facial with an added hair care treatment. The entire session lasted about an hour and a half. Lady Tyla, who looks stunningly like Kylie Minogue, made the experience even more special. We shared skincare tips before starting, and the whole process was peaceful and rejuvenating. I absolutely loved how she worked on my skin—it felt refreshed and deeply cleansed afterward.

I highly recommend this spa, especially for women looking for a luxurious and relaxing experience. It’s open not just to hotel guests but to the public as well. Plus, they use Vanessa Megan products, which add to the overall quality of the treatments.

By far one of the best massages I’ve ever had! Karina was amazing!! I was so relaxed and falling in and out of sleep. Highly recommend Spa by JW, and also having Karina do your massage. I was able to get there early and use the sauna and read my book beforehand. All in all, lovely time!

Amazing, luxurious, 5 Star massage spa experience! More than just a massage, it is an experience! The change rooms have amazing amenities, including a sauna and an 'experience shower' where there is a steamer and 3 forms of shower heads to choose from, after your massage. It also has lockers to securely store your belongings and jewellery. There is also a relax lounge area at the back where you can drink tea and have some snacks. Good to arrive arrive 15 minutes early so you can check in, change into your robes and fill out a treatment form, where you can choose the level of pressure, any areas to avoid and focus on, so you can have a tailored massage session and maximise the amount of massage time. Decor and cleanliness is on point. All staff are also very lovely, including Claire and Charlotte, who helped make my spa experience a day to remember. Highly recommend this place if you want to truly relax, unwind and treat yourself to some self-care 🙂
