I think I have just had the best spa experience ever! Almost 3 hours of full on pampering, Amy has magical hands!! beautiful,atmosphere, lovely, professional and attentive staff. Highly recommend doing yourself a favour and book a treatment, stone massage is a must x

I had massage while staying in the hotel it was OK- did not feel it. Wouldn't come back. But manicure and pedicure I booked turned out to be a disaster. Firstly you sit over the same massage table in uncomfortable chair have lean over. The service provider cough all the time , the instrument were cheap china and not sharp as person was reaping my skin from my fingers. Shoking. It is not a spa but a scam. So embarrassing.

My fiancé and I bought the easter relaxation package and added an extra half hour to the massage - beyond worth the money. We had a half hour sauna, 1 hour full body massage, facial, hand treatment and head massage for $165.00. My masseuse was Amy and she was fantastic. I would highly recommend, we left feeling great and are thinking about going back before we leave Hervey Bay.

My partner surprised me with the surrender package along with a few extras and it was absolutely amazing, the service was excellent and the staff were so kind and helpful with Thier advice, after it was over we just felt so calm, relaxed and revitalised and could of fell asleep right there ! Was a nice vibe too with some calming music and nice aroma in the room. Thank you so much for the experience! We will defiantly be coming back sometime.

I have to say this Day Spa is possibly the best I have ever visited. The staff are exceptional at making you feel comfortable and very welcome. I had the most amazing treatments including a fabulous mini facial. OMG lads we have been missing out. This is affordable luxury. So check it out for yourself. ..pampering at its best.

We had the couples massage, it was great, relaxing and very comfortable enviroment for both men and women. The staff really looked after us, can't wait to go back again. Would highly recommend it to any other couple, you will certainly not forget the experience.

Booked a couples treatment - I think it was called 'Couples Delight'.

It involved a 50min massage and a Geisha Spa session.

When we showed up we were told that the A/C in their premises had been broken since Christmas (a month ago). We were showed to one of the resort rooms (a nice room and the same room that we had booked for our stay in the resort), and told that we would be having the spa before our massage - we had asked for the reverse when booking our treatment.

We were then showed to a tiny spa which was the exact same spa that we had in our room - the spa part of the treatment was $40 per person. Maybe the $80 charge was for the 50ml of essential oils in the spa

Anyway, they had placed candals around the spa which was nice, but unfortunately my partners hair fell into one accidently and was burnt a bit. Not a good start!!!!

I think one of the girls giving us a massage was using spotify because 15 minutes into our massage a Hungry Jack's add came on over the speakers.

The massage itself was very average, more like a nice rub - this was despite my girlfriend telling the therapist to go "medium to hard".

I was stunned that they were going to charge us a total of $80 to use a spa that we had in our own room, and they only agreed to refund that part of the fee after I pointed out to them that I had the exact same spa bath in my room.

This was just terrible.
