First time visiting Bannisters spa and had such a relaxing time. We chose the good rising program and Isabella and Taya were amazing. We both fell asleep numerous times because of how gentle they were. They were lovely and other members of the staff were also very professional. Super happy with their service and skills.
We hope to visit again soon 🙂

I treated my husband and I to a couples massage during our recent stay at Bannisters, and we both agree - it was the best massage EVER! Both therapists were extremely professional and friendly, and left us feeling very relaxed. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you ladies! ❤️

I booked for a couple massage last week Friday I cancelled on the Wednesday. Your online booking system says you get a full refund if you cancel 24 hours in advance. You took $300 from my wife's credit card it is now almost two weeks and I still don't have my money. Can someone please contact me. I have spoken to several people and all they say is they will check and pay it immediately

Honestly the worst massage I have ever received. Felt like the lady was just gently spreading oil around even after being asked to increase the pressure. The treatment was reasonably priced but no one has any idea what they are doing unfortunately.

We didn't stay at the hotel but had a one hour massage on our way through Mollymook. We chose 'back to bliss' and 'relaxation'. The massages were really high quality and were probably the best massages we have ever had. The staff were friendly and the surrounds very relaxing.

I have been to many spas and I can say this is one of the best I have been to. The relaxation massage was divine, added a face exfoliation and it's so worth it. Thank you Abby you're amazing and SpaBannisters for providing such service. Would definitely be back and recommend it to anyone. Treat yourself you won't be dissapointed.

The best massage I have ever had. The therapist was excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. I have visited other spas both on land and on cruise ships but I have never had a massage that compares. Thank you Abby
