My husband and I stayed for three lovely nights at Southview. The location is great with a short, easy walk to the beach. The accommodation was lovely, spotlessly clean and fresh and very comfy. It's a short drive to Anita's theatre in Thirroul where we saw a show on our last evening. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this guesthouse for a lovely getaway for two.

My wife and I planned our road trip from Melbourne to Queensland with various stops enroute. We used Google as our search platform. We were looking, for pet friendly accommodation. One of our stays was with Southview Boutique Guesthouse in NSW. |The accommodation was excellent, it was set out as a studio apartment. Nicely presented, with all and I mean all the convivences, clean and well maintained. The hosts, Neil, and Leanne were very helpful and informative about the area and tendered to all our needs. We cannot speak highly enough of our experience. We would willingly return to have a short vacation. It was an excellent stay.|

My wife and our fur baby recently stayed a few nights in the garden apartment at Southview Guesthouse. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had every little convenience you hope you’re provided when staying in self-contained accommodation. But what really makes this place a winner is the location. Bulli Beach and Sandon Point are a 2 minute walk away. Our puppy had the time of her life at the off-leash section of Macauley’s Beach. It’s a short stroll to Bulli Beach cafe for the morning coffee; although there’s a Nespresso coffee machine in the apartment. The check-in process was seamless and Neil was always available for any questions or tips about local attractions. For a relaxing stay in a fabulous location, I would highly recommend Southview Guesthouse.

We absolutely loved our stay! The play is spacious with a wonderful wrap around deck overlooking the ocean. We ate in, making our meals in the well equipped kitchen and enjoying them while watching kite surfers frolic in the sea. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time as the accommodation, town and hosts were all wonderful.

We had a 2 night stay in the stop over room for a friends 50th & it was perfect. Gorgeous private garden outlook, use of the pool, king bed, great shower, very clean. Will definitely book again!

My husband & I have come back from staying at the Southview Boutique Guesthouse. We stayed in the Seaview, which was absolutely lovely. The ocean views & the sound of crashing waves was so relaxing & peaceful. We thourougly enjoyed our stay. The heated pool was an absolute bonus as the weather yesterday was not the best. Neil was very welcoming when we arrived & made us feel very welcome from the fist moment we stepped onto his property.
The whole area is very spacious from living area to bedroom to ensuite. Not to mention the enormous verandah. It was lovely to see sunrise & sunset.
Walking distance to Bulli Beach & very nice cafe only minutes away.
A very nice home indeed! If you haven't stayed I say 'STAY' - you won't regret it.

I stayed in the Garden Suite for four nights while visiting the Illawarra Folk Festival. The apartment is very spacious, very comfortable and very well equipped, especially the kitchen which has just about everything you could want. I appreciated the Nespresso machine, and there were plenty of pods to use in it! The lounge room had a very comfortable sofa and a large TV with Netflix, although I had very little time to use it. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a huge shower. Everything you need for your stay is provided. I didn't have time to use the garden facilities or the large deck area. ||The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the sea front and about a 10 minute walk across a small park to Bulli's CBD. It's located in a very quiet residential area. Very quiet at night.||Neil and Leanne are very kind and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. It was a pleasure meeting them both. I would definitely stay with them the next time I am in Bulli.
