Our stay was wonderful here. We got off or dive boat very early and the room was not ready, but they let us use the laundry facilities and then cleaned our room so that we could get in as early as possible. The room was fully equipped with stove, fridge, and close to the shopping center and train station. There were also several pools to choose from and enjoy.

The 2 bedroom apartment suits us (2 couples) very well. It has more than enough space. The apartment was well equipped. The location is also good, very close to supermarket, also not too far from reef terminal (20 mins walk).However the wifi was terrible, very bad. The beds were just about okay. Also the tiny quantity of toiletry supplies bothered us as well.

This is the best hotel that we have stayed at in Cairns. The studio apartments, where we stayed, have all the cooking utensils you would need for any stay. Our room was quite large with an ample balcony n such a comfortable bed. There is plenty of hot water in the shower. There are 3 pools n also bbqs, all of which are always kept clean . There is also a washing machine n dryer available on the property. The hotel is located next to Central Shopping Centre which is a bonus. The staff are amazing n i mean from the professional n caring reception to the cleaners n groundsman, all more than willing n happy to help you enjoy your stay. I highly reccommend this hotel/property for any length of stay.

My children and I absolutely loved our stay here. The staff are the most lovely people. The location being right in Cairns City is fantastic, especially for people who like shopping. The rooms here and swimming pools are top quality 👌

Rooms are large and have laundry facilities. However internet is rubbish; it's really bad, and room service is once a week. Also no plugs so you can't use the bathroom sink to hold water. Sound carries alot, so I was woken up by people talking loudly outside, but overall it's a decent place to stay. Location is next to shops.

We stayed here for 6 nights and loved it. We had a one bedroom poolside room, our own entrance to the spa pool and heated pool area. There were 2 other pool areas, a lap pool and another pool. The room was clean, had everything we needed including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. It is very close to Cairns Central shopping centre, and a 10 min walk to the sea front, promenade and cafe area.

Was very impressed with this hotel. Stayed for a week in a one bedroom pool view room. Had everything we needed including full kitchen and laundry. Great size balcony. Updated cooking facilities and furniture throughout. Easy walk to Cairns central with 3 pool areas one being heated. Very quiet at night. Would stay again when visiting.

Decent apartments, a little noisey, especially the train passing by right next to the building. It can honk starting around 7am some days. Apart from that the facilities are good, heated and not heated pool, A/C, fans, washer/driers. More expensive apartments have their own washer dried, cheaper aps share them over 2 rooms, and there are also paid ones in a common area.
