Stayed for one night. The room had been recently updated and it was very clean and modern. The room and bathroom were spacious compared to many and the bed very comfortable, the pillows very comfortable also. |Considering the room was above a pub it was very quiet and we weren’t disturbed at all by the music playing. |Parking was easy. |We would be happy to stay there again.

Hotel was great, very comfortable bed, modern interior, free parking close to the airport, classic English pub below. The only minus was luck of lift but it was only first floor, also the heat pump was old and temperamental. The pub offers good selection of beers and reasonable priced food.

Stayed 1 night in the triple room. It was large and perfect for our family of 3.
Easy stroll to the beach and down stairs great service and prices at the pub for Sunday roast dinner.
Would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.
Easy to get a carpark and right next door to the supermarket.

Very well renovated - the room and hallway was clean and looked very nice. Reasonably priced. Bar and bistro downstairs is very handy, as is the Metro and shops next door. Plenty of parking. Loved the bedside lamps. |Not so much the metal bedside tables and the noisy bathroom fan.|Will go again next time we are in Maroubra.

Excellent location which is a short walk to Maroubra Beach. Rooms recently renovated and extremely comfortable. Woolies Metro is nearby which is convenient. Staff friendly. Good pub meals that are reasonably priced. Parking easy in the shopping centre carpark.

Very clean room, location was good. Only downfall is no lift to go up and down which can be difficult when you have bags. Spacious inside. Friendly staff, easy check in and they helped us check in sooner because we had a wedding which was helpful

Went to Southend last night for for the first time in months, food was outstanding. New specials menu. We were in a group of eight and each of us had something different. Food all arrived at the same time and was fresh and hot. I chose the Pho, it was big enough to feed two people.
Trad was great with bar staff super friendly.

The rooms were so comfortable and well kept. The service for both accommodation and the bar/restaurant were friendly and made our experience feel like we were right at home - but without the dishes and washing! Uber and Taxi’s had no trouble finding us, which made getting around super easy! Not that we needed to go far with the shops and beach just around the corner!
